I really think this dentist is subpar. I’ve had 4 appointments over the last 4 months, and each time has been below the standard to which I expect. The front office staff is smile-free and DMV-like, though I’ve had better service at a DMV. They employ the practice to charge you in office and also send you a bill after the appointment for what they “didn’t charge you.” I’ve experienced that with urgent care places, and it’s almost always a scam because they’re hitting your insurance for a bunch of nonsense. My last appointment was my final, as for the first time in my life I actually considered telling the guy to stop, he was so distracted, fumbling, and injurious. My teeth didn’t even feel clean at the end, and I’m sure the “laser treatment” they were supposed to do did nothing, but then again I’m also fairly certain that was a scam too. The appointments start 45 min after your scheduled time, they can only book you two months later even though they just discovered a cavity (which you have to remind them of at that next appointment! The entire reason for the appointment, they had no idea and had to schedule it a month later.) I really don’t have anything good to say. Two stars because dental hygienist Justin did a thorough job on my teeth in one appointment. At my next, the opener: “Justin quit because he got a better job for more money.” Unprovoked! I had met this Justin person one time, and wouldn’t have even remembered his name were it not for this bizarre interaction. I won’t be back and would encourage others to look elsewhere as well.

Dr. Jai, Janet, and Eddica were all amazing and made my experience comfortable. I came in with a terrible tooth ache. Turns out, I needed to have a wisdom tooth pulled that was a bit on the rot side. Surprisingly, they were able to remove it right away and didnt need to make another appointment. Thank goodness, because the tooth ach was so bad, I was getting migraines. They were kind and made the experience smooth. They also took care of 2 cavities as well. Thank you Gentle Dentle and team!

I had 2 appts with my adult children to get braces. I have to say as soon as we walked in the ladies in the front were very nice. Gave me my paperwork and as soon as I finished we were called to the back and the doctor was so professional and explained all details to my why and how questions I asked about their braces. All the staff in the back were all so friendly as well and made us feel comfortable. Their braces were affordable after my out of pocket cost and was set up with affordable monthly plan. I highly recommend them for your Orthodontist needs.

Had the best experience at this dental office! The office staff were amazing from Janet, Anna, Eddica, Dr. Jai, another dental assistant (your name is slipping my mind … but you know who you are girl lol) and especially Jasmin the office manager!! Jasmin is the best and she is always looking out for her customers. She was a breath of fresh air to work with along side everyone else in the office. Highly highly highly recommended this dental office! Thanks again guys 😁

The staff at the office is always professional and courteous. I have been going to gentle Dental for 5 years and I could not be more satisfied. Dr. Pham changed my life when she helped me improve my smile. She brought my confidence back and I’ll always appreciate that. I also appreciate the dental hygienists and support staff that make my visits worthwhile. Thank you!!
