(Edit/Response) to GTD I have read there response and we'll touch bases on a few of their statements first off it was not 15 minutes before my appointment as you can see with my screenshot my appointment was at 10:15. And if you're comparing yourself to an airline that's not really a good look because Airlines have very bad reputations for gouging a mistreatment of customers so do you want to portray your business as a family-oriented business that cares about their customer what business models after Airline. When I first came to you guys years ago before you moved new location not the same great servers you guys gave me a new paper design which eliminated your too late warnings which I never used because life happens and I had a family emergency that I wish not to elaborate upon and even though in the past years you have rescheduled my appointments due to family sicknesses or births I understood life happens you have rescheduled my appointments quite a bit in the past years and I never held it against you guys. but if you guys feel your business model needs to be run are the airline you shouldn't portray yourself on your Facebook and web page as a family oriented business that's not very family-oriented and I wasn't trying to cancel I was trying to reschedule maybe even the same day so instead of getting the full amount plus future amounts because I had planned on doing a root canal future amounts from my daughter's service you're not lost that so in the long run it is not a good family-oriented business habit maybe your name should be Airline style Touch Dental or Just a number to us Dental "it comes down to the number" your words. So be aware don't pay a month ahead like I did so far ahead you don't know what happens and how quickly something can change. And I work in IT/Cybersecurity so I am familiar with hackers as well as business policies regarding customers information so if you ever need a consultation please let me know I no it is not common for businesses to ask you for the credit card for refunds but I will inquire as I search for a new dentist will update this. But thank you for teaching me to check the dotted lines to read people's reviews especialy more recent ones because a business attitude may change over time I'm not one to leave bad reviews look at my other reviews all 5 stars. You have a good one.
(Original_Comment) Gentle Touch Dental is not recommended. They used to be really great, family-oriented. They have changed since moving location; they have lost their familial feel. You're only a # number to them now. I live in Laramie. If you live outside of Cheyenne I would definitely not recommend for any reason car trouble something out of your control you cannot make an appointment they will charge you almost $100 even if it's out of your control even if you've been a customer for years most companies have the courtesy to at least tell you and give you a hey next time we'll have to charge you never been to any company that has in the zero policy and again even if it's out of your control to miss the appointment a company who cares is flexible and understanding of situation not being understanding and having a fee a long time customer has cost them future visits for both myself and my child. The Gentle in Gentle Touch Dental does not apply when they make you just a number; they lost their familiar family appeal. Because they are definitely not gentle on you for anything out of your control; hope your family member doesn't die, or you get sick, or your car breaks down, because they will charge you Ungentle, Uncaring. Also they easily charge and easily charge you a fine but to refund you you have to give him your credit card information all over again including your ZIP code and your CCV number for a refund I don't know any other company who does that looks like they need to update their payment system not just your payment policy very archaic system yes I don't recommend them no more when they were still at their old location they were great not anymore they lost ther Touch of Gentleness.

I am a new patient of Gentle Touch South. During my recent new patient exam, Shannon was very friendly and professional as she reviewed my records and administered X-rays. All of the staff members that I have spoken with at Gentle Touch South have been very welcoming and helpful.

Dr. Hong, preformed extensive dental work for me. She was so caring explaining everything she was doing. She was so attentive to detail. I am extremely happy with the care I received from Dr.Hong, and her staff. Thank you so much!!

Below you’ll see a post I made about this company at the time. I was very angry and I must say I wasn’t very fair. My main issue was with the billing department. In the below response, I should’ve included how I felt overall about the place. I want to say that Dr. Steele, the people that Work alongside her are wonderful. The girls were the sweetest, the dental assistance, the front desk receptionist they were all wonderful. The Dentist, herself was wonderful and accommodating. They did not deserve a one star because of one bad apple.. I’m not writing this out of getting any benefit. I’m writing this because my conscience cannot allow me to badger a whole office over a disagreement from one person.. This dentist office is actually a very nice place filled with a lot of loving people. There will always be someone that we just don’t get along with and I just happen to run into that person that day.. If you wanna know what happened keep reading then you will understand.
I just got finished paying Off a bill that was owed to this Dental facility in the amount of $432. I received the bill in November put $100 down and try to get in touch with the manager who could make payment arrangements. now mind you this was after I had already spent $7000 out-of-pocket for various reasons so this last bill was a surprise. I fully intended to pay the bill because I do like this Dental facility. What I didn’t know is that by the time I went up there today I had a balance of $232 which I paid I tried to make an appointment and I was told that I was put on the do not return list. This has never in my life happened to me. I can’t believe that They put me on this list for this small amount of money after coming out of pocket for so much. Yes, I tried to pay on time being that I had no idea about this latest bill. I had to appear in person in order to use my care credit, which was hard to do from my job so it took me some time to get up there, but I did and pay it in full. I would’ve given this Dental place a high score because the young ladies were wonderful but their billing practices are awful. They didn’t even take the time to talk to me after paying them so if you don’t have any money or you’re struggling, do not go here they have awful billing practices. I work in case management at a facility that would never do this to someone if someone is paying on a bill we would never put them on the do not return list. We would only do that for people who don’t pay their bills at all.

I’m leaving this review to share a safety concern from my visit. During my appointment, I overheard staff conversations from other areas of the office due to the open ceiling design and sound carrying easily. Some of what I heard made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about how procedures were being done.
During my own treatment, I noticed damage to a tooth that wasn’t there before. I can’t prove intent, and this was only one visit, but combined with what I overheard, the experience left me uneasy enough that I won’t be returning.
I recommend others be cautious, ask questions during treatment, and consider getting a second opinion if anything feels off.
