I cannot thank Dr. John Rong and the wonderful team at Genuine Care Dental enough! For months, I was dealing with constant pain and could barely chew on one side because of an old root canal. I went to three different dental clinics, but nobody could figure out what was wrong until I saw Dr. Rong. He took the time to do a thorough evaluation and found a hidden second canal that had been missed. He treated it with such care, and my tooth finally feels completely back to normal—zero pain. The entire staff was so kind, patient, and welcoming through every step of the visit. It is not often you can say this about dental work, but I’m in such good hands that I’m actually looking forward to coming back for my next root canal. I highly recommend Dr. Rong to anyone looking for truly exceptional, gentle dental care!

Before I found genuine care I had been to two different dental offices and I had the worst experience.. I was in severe pain and felt i had no options but to stay in pain, thankfully i came across this place and im forever grateful!! Dr Rong & his Assistant Alicia and office team were amazing, the office ladies scheduled me an emergency same day appointment and took very good care of me. they explained everything went over all my options and listened to me. Alicia was very professional, sweet and funny she made sure I was okay during the whole time I was there and Dr.Rong was so awesome very nice and did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable and pain free during the whole procedure… I went in with pain and left happy and pain free well numb but also pain free lol

Amazing experience! I went from a root canal emergency to a permanent crown in under three hours. They did the cleaning, filling, and custom crown all in one visit. I love that I didn't have to schedule follow-up appointments. Highly recommend for anyone who values their time and needs quality work done fast.

I don’t usually like going to a dental office, but this office made me feel very comfortable and cared for. The front team member Cassandra and Dee greeted me with a big smile, and Dr Rong took time explaining and addressing all my concerns. the interior also felt comfortable and was very clean.

Serious overcharging issues. While the dentist is skilled and the office environment is nice, I have been incorrectly charged for two consecutive years, which is unacceptable. Treatments that I NEVER received were added to my bill many times, and services that required additional payment were not explained upfront. Instead, they were performed first and charged afterward without clear consent. What was especially concerning was what happened when I asked for a detailed bill. The staff were evasive, and the charges were quickly revised on the spot, which raised serious questions about the accuracy and transparency of their billing practices. In addition, one of the front desk staff members was dismissive when I raised concerns about the charges. Patients deserve clear communication, transparency, and respect.
