I had a wonderful experience at Georgetown 3D Dental! Sonia and her team provided exceptional customer service and were kind enough to work on me in a holiday when my regular dental office was closed. They truly went above and beyond to help me.
Dr. Chen has excellent bedside manner—she was patient, caring, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and genuinely cared about my well-being.
I highly recommend Georgetown 3D Dental to anyone looking for outstanding dental care. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

My dental implant journey at Georgetown 3D Dental was based on a recommendation from a friend who spent a lot of time researching different clinics. After experiencing their care firsthand, I’m so grateful I chose this office.
From my very first phone call, Amy at the front desk was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. When I arrived at the office, dental assistants Jackie and Heather were kind, patient, and gentle throughout every visit. Their caring attitude made me forget that I was even at a dental office.
Since this was my first time getting dental implants, I had a lot of questions and concerns. Dr. Ho took the time to explain every step of the procedure, what to expect during recovery, and all the post-operative instructions in great detail. His patience and professionalism made me feel completely at ease. I had my teeth extracted and implants placed on the same day, and the entire procedure went much more smoothly than I had imagined.
Two days later, I returned to receive my temporary teeth, and Dr. Chen carefully checked my bite and explained the follow-up treatment plan. Both Dr. Ho and Dr. Chen are highly skilled, professional, and always willing to answer my questions with patience.
It’s now been two weeks since my procedure, and my recovery has been going very well. I’m looking forward to seeing my beautiful new smile in about six months! 😁
I’m truly thankful to the entire team at Georgetown 3D Dental for making what I once feared into such a positive experience. They helped me overcome my anxiety about visiting the dentist, and I highly recommend this office to anyone considering dental implants.

My on-going experiences with staff members, including dentists such as Dr. Ho, Dr. Chen, and Dr. Rowland, registered dental assistants, and administrative staff, have been phenomenal. The dentists are so very real, authentic , AND HIGHLY SKILLED.
To name some of the RDA’s that I have had the pleasure of meeting include Heather, Nichole, Jackie, Diego, and Amy. Their positivity in working on me has been OUTSTANDING!!!
This alone has made dental appointments very manageable, especially when needles are involved.
Finally, their administrative staff members at the front desk have been so warm, understanding and helpful. Amy, Lena, and Angela have always been so WELCOMING when visiting this office.
Each and every person clearly portray a smile in their voices. Never have I ever been to a dentist’s office that the atmosphere projects professionalism in a happy, lighthearted way.
Because both my husband and I have had extensive amount of dental implants and visited 3-D repeatedly, I definitely know how genuine everyone is and how dedicated they are for providing dental excellence.

Went back for my 2nd 6 month check up/cleaning after have my permanent implants on for over a year now. From the initial visit I made the decision to use 3D Dental, through the procedures and follow ups...I've been very pleased with my whole experience.. I feel like they genuinely care and go out of their way to treat you like you are part of their family.. This was a big investment and worth every penny.

Dr. Rowland did a great job on my implant. I highly recommend her. Nicole was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. The office staff, Amy Lena Angela were all very friendly and helpful.
