As kind as I am I can’t believe my experience with this Dentist. I’ve Never in my 50 years of any Medical provider had a derailment as I did here. I really want to Not give any stars for the 7 long visits I traveled. He lied about the veneer as it was a composite material. He took a screen shot instead of using the tooth color block. Sure enough the color was way off too. Fake veneer/ wrong color..
He then called me on my 5th appointment to come in only to find out my 2 hour and 20 minute drive was once again greeted with “Oh we’re sorry you don’t have an appointment the veneer never came back yet.”
I said again “Are you sure they called me and told me it’s in?”.
Games or Incompetence I’ll let you be the judge.
The Dentist didn’t assume any blame he just said “Oh the lab isn’t that good that we work with”. After the irresponsible and unprofessional service at Fitzgerald Dental group….
After 7 visits I went to another Dentist. She did the Spectacular 5 Star work in just 2 visits. Even the removal of the wrongly used cement for a supposedly temporary that Fitzgerald Dental group’s own hygienists put on, But couldn’t remove.!
**She sure had her work cut out for her rectifying their multiple mistakes.

From the first phone call to my Most Recent appointment yesterday, I have been treated with the upmost kindness from the smiles that greet you as you walk in to being treated like a patient instead of a chart number. It really was a different kind of experience. Due to a past experience; I was a little nervous no, I was a lot nervous And they were so graceful and gentle. Their office is Managed with professionalism And southern hospitality.
Truly a blessing I can’t speak for everyone, but the other people that were in the office such as myself patients and the people that has asked me about it and made appointments. All have the same response. Why didn’t we know about their office sooner?

I drive from Sycamore to Fitzgerald for my dental needs and its worth the time and effort. The staff is always friendly and professional. Most of the time when I arrive and check in, I hardly have time to sit down before I'm called to the back. Dr. Gilbert is fairly new to the staff and he is great and has a good sense of humor. Thanks Georgia Dental for taking care of my dental needs!!

These people Do not have it together. I've been since the end of June with no teeth. I was supposed to get bottom teeth pulled a new top plate & a bottom plate and the top plate that I already had relined. I called and they did the wax impression of my top. But never did the bottom. I'm Very aggravated!! And my old plate was never sent off to be relined. What good is the top without the bottom?? They Never ordered the bottom. The dentist himself I really liked. He was good. But I'm going on 6 months with NO teeth. I'm just really upset and would enjoy to be able to eat.

This was honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The dentist was patient, thorough, and made sure to address my concerns. The whole visit was smooth, and I never felt rushed. They did an amazing job, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
