Most reviews of advanced medical and scientific systems, "operation" or teams, reflect, bedside manner or chair side experience. Who can teach or properly understand, medicine or dentistry, other Doctors or Dentist and in particular area of expertise a Phd. Some of the things I look at. Education, certification and participation in Governing & Regulatory Bodies. infection prevention and control practices, cleanliness, order and the general demeanor of the people working there. Additionally, experience, roots in the community and balanced, stable guidance and team leadership (top down and how it reflects bottom to top), focused on good patient outcomes. This involves; intention, clear communication in both direction, thoroughness and to the extent that I can see, the practicing professionals taking pride and finding meaning and purpose in what they are doing with the individual and community. My previous dentist, Dr. Hargraves retired and I found an excellent new dentist and dentistry team in "Gerlecz Dentistry". Dr. Gerlecz and his organization check all the boxes. As a plus, the cherry on the top, I found very professional, courteous individuals throughout and an excellent chair side experience too. I know it might strike the ear odd, a pleasant dentistry experience.

I have been going to Dr. Gerlecz for a few years and I always enjoy the great service and friendly staff. My cleanings are done with Ashley and she does an amazing job and has a great, fun personality! The office Manager, Maggie can be heard laughing constantly throughout the office, which makes it fun to get your teeth cleaned. I cannot recommend them enough and although teeth cleanings can be “not so fun”, the entire team makes it a great experience.

Dr. Joseph Gerlecz, Jassmin, Maggie, Amber and their incredible staff are absolutely the very best! Their personal care, knowledge and experience are unmatched in the field of dentistry! We have been patients of Dr. Gerlecz and his awesome team for over 10 years! We are always amazed at their wonderful care and state of the art technique! The whole staff here is so welcoming and kind. They got me in quickly to tend to my dental needs. The office space is also pretty and bright with windows all over.
