My daughter began her orthodontic treatment at this clinic in January 2019. After almost seven years, the treatment is still not completed. Scheduling appointments has been one of the most difficult parts of the process—there are constant cancellations and it is nearly impossible to secure a stable schedule, which has caused major delays in her treatment.
I have tried to contact the doctor directly to express my concern, but after waiting over two months for a promised call, nothing happened. Now I’ve been told again to wait two more weeks. I sincerely hope they follow through this time, because this constant lack of communication and delays may negatively affect my daughter’s dental health.
The treatment was fully paid for years ago. All we are asking is that the clinic complete the treatment responsibly and professionally.

The communication is poor. They do not call you back and next steps are vague. I would not take any of my children here again. Good luck getting in if something goes wrong.

Poor communication. Makes promises that can’t be kept. Pushes back appointments due to their lack of preparedness. Lie to you about document handling. It’s too much to type to speak on my specific situation and I
don’t have the energy to give to the situation. But I had to write this review to save the next person time and money.

The only choice in town. Frustrating when he’s only here so often and your appointment gets pushed back 6-8 weeks multiple times during your treatment plan, then you have to have them on much longer than anticipated (like double the time) to correct because teeth have moved too far.

Doctor was great. The are incapable of scheduling more thenva month in advance and have ZERO flexibility in that regard.
