Dr. Rupinder Purewal delivers dental care at an exceptional level. Her attention to detail is truly celebrity grade, and the clinic itself feels next-generation state-of-the-art equipment, immaculate surroundings, and a calm, modern atmosphere. From the very beginning, my children and I felt completely comfortable with Dr. Purewal. She is patient, gentle, and incredibly reassuring, making the experience stress-free for both adults and children. What truly stood out was the cleaning and the comprehensive gum, teeth, and bone health assessment. This was the first time I experienced what a true professional dental visit should look like. Unlike past experiences that felt rushed or mediocre, this was thorough, precise, and clearly done with a deep level of care and expertise. Dr. Purewal came highly recommended by a colleague, and she has proven to be an absolute gem. We are grateful to have found such an outstanding dentist and would confidently recommend her to anyone seeking top-tier dental care.

My husband went in today and he was greeted by a friendly staff. Brenda was so nice and honest. There was a young lady named Sabrina. She was my assistant some weeks back, she is an absolute sweetie. She really takes her time with our cleanings while also holding a friendly conversation. She really takes her time to connect with her patients talking about things outside the office and that's so very important in an office. Truest compassion and connection with her. She is very informative, she answered all of my husband's questions. Thank you. We look forward to our next appointment.

Absolutely great service. Very friendly. Got me in and out within an hour. Explained the entire procedure. And thank you to her assistant Sabrina. Would recommend Gilroy plaza dental to friends and family without hesitation

My wife and are both very disappointed with the level of patient care provided by this office. We went in as new customers. My wife had a cleaning while we were there. Her cleaning was rushed and not very thorough, lasting only 15 minutes. I was told I needed a deep cleaning that would cost over $300 out of pocket. I went in for what they described as a deep cleaning and it was also rushed, impersonal, and not very thorough, again lasting no more than twenty minutes. They tried to tell me that I had the more extensive deep cleaning but the dentist couldn't complete the cleaning properly due to sensitivity??? I was still charged the full amount and it was not a deep cleaning at all. After many trips to qualified dentists in my 50+ years as a dental patient this was by far the worst experience I have had and the most expensive. The owner of the practice was supposed to follow up but I never heard back from them. My insurance was billed and I paid $307 for a poorly performed, and rushed cleaning. We will not be going back and cannot recommend them to other potential clients.
