I just had a dental cleaning with Alexi, and he was the most gentle hygienist I’ve ever had. I’m usually very sensitive and nervous during cleanings, but he numbed my gums, went slowly, and checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay. I’ve been going to Glassman Dental for many years, my kids go there as well. The staff has always been wonderful. Everyone is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about making patients feel comfortable. Alexi made what is usually a stressful experience for me feel easy and comfortable. I highly recommend them!

I've been going to this office for more than 10 years. The doctors are very nice, and I believe they do good clinical work. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been frustrating. I had a crown on one tooth that had to be replaced twice, and eventually the tooth underneath cracked and now requires an implant. I've spent a significant amount of money on this one tooth over the years, and the treatment still isn't complete. What disappointed me the most was when I needed additional documentation to submit to my insurance company. Getting the paperwork from the office manager was like pulling teeth. After being a loyal patient for more than a decade, I expected the office to work with me and make the process easier. Instead, I felt like I was on my own. My impression is that at this practice, you're treated more like a customer than a patient. That's an unfortunate feeling after more than 10 years of loyalty.

My first time here and it was a 10/10 experience! Luci is by far the best hygienist ive ever had for a cleaning in my life - she was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and makes sure you completely understand the current state of your teeth as well as what to continue to monitor (they lucked out with her!). Also every staff member I spoke to was extremely helpful and kind. Gazelle was funny and very helpful and Sofia and Lorraine are a dynamic duo, they were extremely nice and set the tone for the experience from the moment I walked in, they are the ideal energy you want to experience when you walk into a healthcare space where you want to feel comfortable and safe. BOTH Dr. Steven and Dr. Debra made sure to take the time to introduce themselves and come say hi during my cleaning and took a look at my scans. Amazing team overall and amazing experience (really high tech equipment). Other Dentist offices - take note on building a 5 star team like this! - Eugene Mundowa

I highly recommend Glassman Dental! I have been going here for over five years and they are always on time, very polite, helpful and flexible if I need to change my appointment. I had a great cleaning today by Ever, he was very gentle and respectful. Debbie has been a great help as well, so shoutout to her too! Both Doctors are very kind.
