I made an appointment the dentist filled a tooth and I was on my way. The filling did not last 10 days. I went back to have it fixed 6/24/25. The dentist saw me and told me it was not going to hold and I needed a build-up and a crown. They new my insurance was ending the end of June and they would not do another temporary because the dentist had the conversation with me about it when it was 1st done. The dentist did not she lied and then said it was in the notes. The dentist lied the conversation did not happen the 1st time. I asked to see my records and was told they did not have to show them to me. Never again will I go to a dentist that lies about what she has done and not back up her work.

My husband a while back made an appointment telling them he wanted to get his teeth cleaned and a cavity checked out. They told him that they would do that, so he waited two months for his appointment. When he went to his appointment, they looked at his teeth for 5 minutes and told him to come back in another two months to get his cleaning and his cavity checked out. I myself have been waiting, almost three months for my appointment day and they just called and canceled my appointment and said they couldn’t get me in for another month. A lady answering the phones has also been rude to my husband. Would give this place zero stars if I could.

Front desk girl that also makes the calls and the schedule is so rude! My husband and I have been going there for almost a year, never missed a payment or an appointment and the only day we had a schedule conflict making us to run late for just 10 minutes, front desk girl called us and was SO RUDE! We are never coming back, we’re taking our business somewhere else with people that will understand last minute emergencies and won’t treat us with entitlement and disrespect.

Georgina Olazaran sometimes lacks responsibility, in my experience. As her landlord, I'd like to share my perspective because the way she interacts with me may reflect how she interacts with others, including you. I asked Georgina to provide a copy of her insurance policy, as my insurance company requires this, and it’s a standard request. However, despite this responsibility being clearly stated in the lease, Georgina repeatedly ignored my request. I asked her several times, first in person and later by mail, but she continued to disregard me. I wasn't sure whether she was uninsured or simply indifferent. Eventually, I had to post a "cure or quit" notice on the office building, reminding her that she was in breach of the lease. On the same day the notice was posted, she finally sent me a copy of her insurance policy. This was not the process I had hoped for, as I had wanted to resolve the matter in a much friendlier way. I would suggest Georgina take her tenant responsibilities, as outlined in the lease, more seriously.
Georgina was also rude to blue-collar workers. When a worker and I entered the office building to replace the water heater, Georgina spoke to the worker in a very rude manner, while the worker remained calm and respectful. I wasn’t sure why she behaved like that, but in my opinion, even if you are a doctor, you should still treat others with respect.
Your experience may differ, but many of the five-star reviews for Sun Dental were earned by Dr. Heidi Sun, who has since passed away. After Georgina Olazaran took over the business, several one-star reviews began appearing—something that hadn’t happened before. If you're reading reviews for Sun Dental, I recommend paying attention to the more recent ones.

I have been extremely happy with Sun Dental for over 20 years. Their service is outstanding in every respect. Their Staff makes everyone feel like family. They greet you with a smile, and make you feel very comfortable. I would recommend them to everyone, knowing they would receive the best care they have ever had.
Sincerely, Maureen Surridge.
