I was surprised to find such a nice office and work area and the staff are all well trained, efficient and professional. The Dentist that I seen today my first visit, was great. Very professional but at the same time.very down to earth and easy to converse with. I am very pleased with Golden Crescent Dental. I can't wait to have my smile back. It's been very horrible & demeaning to not smile because of being embarrassed to have such bad teeth. Thank you Jesus and thank you Golden Crescent Dental.

My appointment was booked with full disclosure of what I needed. Upon arriving, I was given xrays and then told they wouldn't be doing anything today, charged for the xrays, told I'd have to come back for multiple appointments, and then quoted a price much higher than I was told over the phone. A waste of my time, money and gas. Do not recommend. The staff are very nice but the business practice leaves much to be desired.

The dental hygienist Amanda is wonderful. She explained every step slowly and clearly, made sure I felt comfortable the entire time, and never made me feel rushed. Most importantly, she listened/answered all of my questions and concerns.

The check.in process was seamless and personnel were friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait forever.. They were thorough and getting my teeth cleaned and getting a fluoride treatment was easy. No pain and had a good report on the teeth. As a retired nurse, would recommend them to anyone.

They were very nice but if you need dental surgery I hope you're ready to travel 2 hours out of town to get root canal or wisdom teeth extractions. Then come back to get the crowns done. Which is a huge pain when you're low income. That is my only complaint. Other than that it's a great environment and love the staff. Very friendly and sweet. The rooms are open ed up by having floor to ceiling glass walls and door on front which helps those who feel claustrophobic or autistic or PTSD triggered by enclosed rooms. Definitely helps with anxiety I think.
