Dr Alex is an extremely skilled surgeon! A true master at his craft, so talented at what he does. It is not a coincidence that everyone here leaving a review, is saying, “they had no pain after their surgeries and their recovery was way easier than anticipated.”
THE SKILLSET THIS MAN HAS IS THE REASON WHY!
Sorry this is long but you will see my experiences are worth reading through.
I called him on 2 separate emergency tooth extraction surgeries. I was in so much pain. He took care of the extractions quickly, painlessly and the staff are his great support team. I wish I remembered her name (Natalia?) who worked with him assisting, I called her “my greatest cheerleader”. Because I had alot of infection to take out, she was easing my anxiety by saying “ you are doing a great job, we have more but you are doing so good”. That was helpful. Dr Alex’s staff are so helpful at making you feel at ease.
Dr Alex himself is just as the other reviews describe him, compassionate, listens, and incredibly caring. I was shocked that he, himself, called me at 8pm on a Friday night to check in on me. I know of no other doctor that does this. I never experienced that!
*(Side note as to why I know he is an extremely superior oral surgeon!)
Prior to finding him, I went to a different group, for my first ever extraction. They were on my insurance. She took well over an hour, pulling, tugging, causing me pain, couldnt finish it, had to call in another dentist to finish. That other practice caused me so much pain that I was in pain from that other practice for 4 days after, with being on pain meds!
I went to Dr Alex, twice, neither extractions gave me any pain during or after surgery. Completely painless! I never even needed a Tylenol or ibuprofen. Unfortunately Dr Alex is not on my insurance plan, But I will go nowhere else! He is worth it to me to pay for him with no insurance. For his extreme surgical talents, being pain free, during and after, is priceless. Unlike my other experience elsewhere.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office from start to finish. Dr Garrick was incredibly friendly, efficient, professional, and genuinely caring, which immediately put me at ease. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The entire staff was warm, comforting, and extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to be accommodating, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care in a welcoming environment.

The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Alex is outstanding, extremely professional, thorough in explaining every step, and great at making you feel at ease during the procedure. I felt confident and well cared for from start to finish.

Dr Wilson and his staff are true professionals. I was nervous as a cat, and they all helped me feel comfortable. It’s the day after, and I feel surprisingly good - only minor pain. Thank you Dr Statman if Rye Family Dentistry for recommending this practice.

Awesome place for wisdom teeth removal! Staff were super nice, helpful, and attentive and Dr Garrick was great! I had all four teeth removed and the procedure went very smoothly. Recovery was much easier than expected!
