I called months ago to make an appointment and at the time I asked them if they needed my new number. She said no I have it from caller ID. Fast forward to today when I show up for my appointment. They told me that they tried texting me and calling me all day to confirm my appointment with no Response. I told them I hadn't received any messages or calls and when they read me back the phone numbers they had those weren't my numbers. Mind you it was not my fault they didn't have my correct phone number. So I showed up for my appointment and they were mad at me for not responding and saying I would be there. The dentist proceeded to lecture me and let me know they tried to reach me with no answer. Again, I told him you can call the phone number that I gave you. It's in my hand. You had the wrong number. So he got mad at me for not answering messages to the wrong number. He told me I had a history of canceled appointments, which I have been there for several years and had a lot of work done. I did not habitually cancel or miss appointments. I left work 45 minutes early to show up to a dentist appointment that I had scheduled and even asked at the time of making the appointment if they needed my number. I was stunned and still can't believe I was being lectured about an appointment that I showed up to and had no idea they were trying to get a hold of me. Why would you be upset with a patient that showed up to an appointment she made? I said it was extremely rude to talk to me that way and I was leaving. I told them I would look for a new dentist and he said "perfect. Good bye." I do not recommend this place.

Dr. Giron is gentle, knowledgeable, and a wonderful dentist. I can't say enough good about him and his staff. I always leave with a big smile which says it all and I never worry about going to the dentist thanks to Dr. Giron. If you are looking for a dentist go see Dr. Giron and I can guarantee you will not be sorry. He's a winner.

Dr Giron and his staff are fantastic. Always willing to listen and take the time to hear your concerns. Never worried about how long you need. During COVID they have been top notch in how they are handling the situation and putting the patient and staff first making health a Top Concern! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Very good service. I asked for a cleaning and when they finished (which was very fast) I felt like new. The employees are very kind. Compared with other clinics, this is the best option.

Meet the Doctors
The practice is led by Dr. Edwin Giron, a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Giron attended the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where he completed a residency in general dentistry, and then completed a fellowship in general dentistry at the University of Connecticut. He has been in private practice since 2000, is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, and became a Fellow of the Academy in 2017. Through the practice's sister company, Fresh Face Studio, Dr. Giron also provides facial esthetic treatments and serves as an instructor and faculty member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. He believes every patient has individual needs and focuses on educating patients about their dental health.
