I had an excellent experience at Grand Ave Dental Care. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease as soon as I walked in. I needed to have a tooth extraction, and they explained everything thoroughly, ensuring I was comfortable and understood what to expect. The procedure was quick and painless. The doctor was very professional, and his assistant was caring and attentive, they provided great aftercare instructions. I highly recommend this practice for anyone needing dental work.

Dr Ross and his team are so great! They are thorough, use the top technology to keep track of changes to my tooth and gum health and level with you on any issues and the different treatment plan options they’d recommend. Typically you can get in for a same day filling appointment. I was so lucky to find this office and care.

Absolutely LOVE this dentist’s office! Dr Ross has been fixing up my neglected teeth and he is hands down the best dentist out there. Along with his amazing assistants and staff the office itself is cozy and comfortable. Always immaculately clean and the procedure room has a tv to watch to keep you distracted from the maniac drilling into your mouth 🤣. I’m just playing they are genuinely the best people and the best dentist in Billings. I have an intense fear of the dentist and it kept me from seeing one for YEARS! I made an appointment here and they make sure you are completely comfortable and ok with the procedure before they even start. They were so understanding and took amazingly great care of me. I would absolutely recommend, more like INSIST that you switch or start going to Grand Ave Dental! Can’t say enough about how great this place is!!! Would give it TEN stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The level of concern and care is beyond anything I have ever experienced in a dental practice. Robbin, the hygenist goes above and beyond the call of duty to take care of my teeth and gums. The dentists are kind and thorough, honest and efficient. The staff is kind and helpful. Going to the dentist has not been a pleasant experience for me until I found this practice. I've had bad and good experiences with dental visits and teeth cleaning, but now I've had an absolutely outstanding experience that makes me want to return. Amazing!

Annual exam with Dr. Ross and teeth cleaning with Ashley. Office is clean & comfortable, staff professional & friendly & Dr. Ross is hands down best dentist in town, competent & caring. Never had a root canal go so smoothly and painless. Thank you Dr. Ross!
