Dr. Erin and her assistant/hygienist Sarah-Kate were fabulous today when I had to go in to get a filling replaced. I have a lot of anxiety about the dentist (I know — who doesn’t?) and they put me at such ease. Dr. Erin had a gentle but precise hand with her instruments and Sarah Kate went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. I’ll be making this office my new regular dentist.

I drive 50 minutes to Grand City because I won’t go anywhere else. They have been there every single time we have had urgent needs. They are the first dentist I have went to that didn’t tell me I had to bring my son to a pediatric dentist for crowns. They are so amazing and go above and beyond for our Spoelman family. I wont go anywhere else.

The front desk staff is very friendly. The hygienst although was a sub, but she was very good at her job and very nice. The entire staff is welcoming.

I had an amazing dentist as a child. Since then I have had some of the not so great dentists. Finally feel like I found a good dentist. Office staff are awesome and knowledgeable. Upfront costs no crazy billing nightmares I had with previous dentist.

I have huge issues with dentists and I waited years to go back, presenting with some dental challenges. I was referred to Grand CIty by a friend. I was scared and they were so kind. They referred me to a wonderful oral surgeon and periodontist. Then we started with work at Grand City with Dr. Dan and Gail. THEY ARE WONDERFUL. I still sit there with hands clenched and eyes closed through it all but they are gentle and kind and even apply lip balm when needed through out procedures. Would high recommend and if I could give them 10 stars, I would.
