Best experience ever! The entire staff was kind & welcoming from the front desk to the dentist. Big upgrade from my old dentist.. My hygienist Audrey was the sweetest person ever. Gentle, explained everything & was very patient with me. The dentist is the best. Very thorough they don't try to sale you services you don't actually need.

My 3rd or 4th visit to Grand Dental Studio - I have had cleaning, crown work, and today was wisdom tooth extraction. From someone who has seen many dental offices during my life (I’m over 65), and after living here for 5 years, I am so happy to finally find a dentist and staff here in Springfield, MO, that not only make me feel at home but they do great dental work. And It’s so nice to see the same doctor each time I go in. All of the staff - from the hygienist, to dental assistants, to those at the front desk - they are professional, friendly and good at what they do! Thank you Grand and Dr. Foutz.

I must say the staff is extremely professional. While I was waiting for my appointment actually overheard them having a huddle, sharing ideas back and forth with each other on ways to improve the experience for the customer. What a great idea. Also the hygienist was extremely helpful giving me insight on ways to keep my oral health top notch. Thank you Grand dental.

They were very friendly and informative! They explained what they were doing and why. They answered any questions I had and gave me a price break down before making decisions. Overall, it was a good experience and I appreciate them greatly!

Grand Dental has been great! My husband and I both go there for all of our dental needs. They are trustworthy, kind, compassionate, and I know our oral health and finances are in good hands.
