I had a wonderful experience at Grand Dental in Lake Zurich! Everyone on the team was absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring from the moment I walked in. They made me feel comfortable throughout my visit and took the time to answer all of my questions. The office is clean, professional, and runs smoothly. We were first timers and my boys had a great experience today! They loved the tree house slide (yes even preteens love it!) and they were quick, professional and made the entire process easy. They had everything ready to go at checkout for me which was awesome! Great place and the team is so nice!

I tried this dentist office since I just moved into the area. Now that I’ve been there, I will definitely be coming back. The care that the Grand Dental team provided was excellent. RDH Humberto was very informative and helped me understand things about my teeth I would have never considered. My experience showed me that it’s more than just a job to the people in this office. They care about my health and helped me to feel more motivated to do the right things to protect my teeth going forward. Highly recommend!

Everyone is always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Rami is so patient with my 8yo and always makes him feel comfortable. He explains the procedures in a way that my son can easily understand.

I had another wonderful experience with my hygienist Bert . He is meticulous, professional, and gentle. He allows me to take breaks when needed due to some TMJ issues that I have. He takes his time, and I never feel rushed. My teeth always feel fantastic and clean after I see Bert. He is very kind and continues to teach me about my own oral hygiene. The ladies at the front desk are always kind and polite. I am very happy with Dr. Yanez as well. She is a wonderful dentist who is experienced, kind, polite, and gentle.
