The Drs. here don't do their own numbing, the tech does. For some odd reason I wasn't able to get numb and screamed during drilling! Dr. Madion kept on drilling anyway and I now have to pre-medicate for any drilling procedures. I got a dental phobia from this place.
Also, I have a friend who got her wisdom teeth out here and a year later she is still numb on the right side! Scary! It's all about the $. Thankfully I found Dr. Lesneski to do all my oral surgery now.

No one is happy with the diagnosis of having to remove a tooth.
GTOS and their caring knowledgeable staff were informative to me as what to expect. The sounds to expect, pressures, and “numbing” procedures were complete and easy to understand. This information created a calm and friendly process of a rather “stressful” procedure.
Great marks for their professionalism.
Dr. Madion, Leslie, Cleare and everyone involved made my visit pleasant. Thank you.

Came here for two simple extractions of my top wisdom teeth. They said I’d be feeling okay within a few days, at most a week to heal. Within a few days, I started having severe jaw pain and swelling in my cheeks making it difficult to close my mouth. I called after about a week of this, they said it was normal and would go away, wait it out. A few more days and no change(2 weeks post-op), called and asked for a follow-up, was seen that day, but they said everything looks normal and my pain would go away soon, and prescribed an antibiotic despite saying I had no signs of infection. The surgeons here insisted I was clenching in my sleep, which I told them is unlikely since I can hardly close my jaw without pain/spasms, and also feel better when I wake up than later in the day. I’ve experienced what clenching post-extraction feels like from when I had my bottom wisdom teeth removed. He didn’t take me seriously. He didn’t even listen to all my symptoms before sticking his fingers in my mouth while I was still talking. I left with no answers and no relief, and waited a few more days, like they advised, hoping for it to go away, but no change. I then went to see my own dentist and she also said my extraction sites are healing fine, and my symptoms (TMJ-type pain/stiffness, facial pain, cheek swelling) sound more like an injury to facial muscles by improperly administering local anesthesia. I was happy to have some kind of explanation that made sense and to have my pain acknowledged, but was very frustrated the surgeons who performed my extractions did not tell me this was even a possibility and essentially said I was causing my own pain, despite following all post-op instruction for longer than typically necessary. Even if they made a mistake administering anesthesia, I would be less frustrated if they owned up to that in the first place and tried to help with my pain rather than rushing me out the door within minutes. I’m now 3 weeks post-op and still have pain, still waiting it out hoping it will heal and I don’t have some kind of permanent damage. Would not recommend this office to anyone.
Edit: one month post-op, still healing and having pain and disability to my mouth and jaw. Extraction sites are healing but it’s clear to me they caused additional injury to me during procedure, although surgeons here claim this is “not possible.”
Edit almost 2 years post-op: As far as I can tell, I was permanently injured by Dr. Olsen. I have now seen several specialists, including a neurologist and ENT, who diagnosed me with trigeminal nerve damage and TMJ onset by traumatic injury. I still have pain everyday, when I had no jaw or facial pain before the extraction (although several surgeons from this office tried to insist I was lying and I must have had a pain disorder before and was trying to blame it on them). I was on tegratol for over a year for the nerve damage, which cause intense side-effects that affected my ability to work or even do basic tasks. The nerve damage has mostly healed, but the TMJ is likely permanent and I now require steroid shots into my face/jaw joint every few months to help with pain (pain is still present even with treatment, but less) and there are other treatments I have yet to even get because they are very expensive and not covered by insurance. Dr. Olsen refused to do anything to help me get treatment for the chronic pain he caused. Insurance didn’t even cover this procedure, so I paid this mad scientist out of pocket to be injured and then gaslit. Just thought I should give a final update on why you should not trust these surgeons with your health or wellbeing. Find a different surgeon, trust me.

Had my remaining 3 wisdom teeth extracted and the experience was SO MUCH better than the first extraction I had done downstate. The staff was awesome getting me prepped and then called to check in the next day. Very mild pain compared to my prior experience and they were much more thorough with aftercare and medication instructions. Thank you Dr. Dee and staff!

I got my wisdom teeth out here (all four at once), and the staff was very nice and helpful. When I needed help walking immediately after, they were right by me. They also gave good instructions and were transparent on how things were going to go.
