Good at his work, but made me feel like the dirtiest, nastiest person on earth when it came to my teeth. And I mean like...ZERO friendliness. Bedside manners mean something, especially when you're taking out loans to pay him thousands of dollars.

Dr. Paulson is by far the best dentist I鈥檝e been to. I鈥檝e never felt so at ease at a dentist office. All the staff are really warm and friendly and work hard to make sure you鈥檙e receiving quality care. They took the time to educate me about my oral health and made treatment and financial options understandable so that I could choose what worked best for me. I was impressed with their use of technology and with how comfortable my cleaning was. Maria is definitely the most gentle hygienist I鈥檝e ever been too. Overall they really seem to care and it shows. Would highly recommend!

About Grand Traverse Smile Center
Grand Traverse Smile Center is a general dental practice in Traverse City, Michigan, offering dental implant restorations along with a full range of services including cleanings, root canals, and cosmetic dentistry. For patients with missing teeth, the practice explains that a dental implant is a small biocompatible post placed into the jawbone during a minor surgical procedure, functioning much like the root of a natural tooth. Implants can support a single crown, multiple crowns, or provide added stability for a removable denture.
Once an implant has integrated with the surrounding jawbone, the practice fabricates crowns or dental bridges designed to be both durable and cosmetically pleasing. The website notes that the procedure for placing implants is usually performed while a patient is sedated, and that implants are generally made of a biocompatible metal such as titanium with a porcelain visible portion matched to existing teeth. Patients considering implants can discuss their individual treatment plan, including options for insurance coverage, with the office directly.
