I went to Grand Dunes Dental after going to another office and needing a second opinion. I felt like the other office was leaving out important information about procedures commonly available - procedures I knew other facilities were doing. Dr Whalen was terrific. I use a wheelchair and from beginning to end they were very accommodating. The office was very clean and all the staff was super friendly. I asked about my insurance (I have two) and the office manager researched to find out both would apply to work I get done there. Dr Whalen explained all the most modern and sophisticated procedures available. They then did the evaluation and he explained which procedures my particular circumstances would allow. I loved the honesty - Dr Whalen鈥檚 straight forward approach just gives me more reason to trust him and follow his lead. What a great team, I am thoroughly impressed and now lucky for me, Grand Dunes Dental is my new permanent dental group. 鉂わ笍
My one complaint. Even though they play way better music than other offices, it鈥檚 not nearly loud enough !!

Dr. Whelan and his staff are the best of the best!! They鈥檙e so kind, compassionate and personable. Actually, I was there recently and I was freezing. Yup, they gave me a nice warm blanket and I have proof. Head on over there if you need dental work. I promise you鈥檒l love them as I do. I come with receipts.

I had an amazing experience at Grand Dunes Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The office is clean, modern, and very well-organized.
I went in for a cleaning, and the entire process was smooth and comfortable. The dentist and hygienist were gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time, which I really appreciated.
What stood out the most was the level of care and attention to detail. You can tell they truly care about their patients and want you to have the best experience possible. I left feeling fresh, confident, and very happy with my smile!
I highly recommend Grand Dunes Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care and a great overall experience.

I was searching for an independent dental practice, and found Grande Dunes Dental. Their description of their care philosophy and practice was what I was seeking. I am very happy with the choice. The office staff, hygienist and the dentist are friendly and kind, and put me at ease right away. I needed a rather urgent appointment, and they made several attempts to fit me in their schedule as soon as they could. My future care plan was discussed with the dentist, and we will go from there. 5 stars isn鈥檛 enough for Dr Whalen, Kiley and their staff. As someone who works in dentistry, I鈥檓 extremely picky about who I trust with my own dental work and this office is AMAZING. They got me in quickly during an emergency, everyone is super kind, and the quality of the work was excellent. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in what they do. Highly recommend.
