Highly recommend! I was able to get in the same day with a dental emergency as a new patient. They took great care of me, referred me to an oral surgeon to have my problem taken care of immediately. I had such a good experience that I decided to schedule regular cleanings here. Sarah, my hygienist is wonderful. She’s kind, personable and very thorough. Dr. Swank has been very kind to me as well! They listen to my concerns and take me very seriously - no matter the question! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I chose this office because of the positive reviews, but unfortunately our overall experience was disappointing. I brought my entire family here for appointments and found the office to feel very impersonal and overly focused on rigid policies and procedures rather than patient comfort and understanding. I do want to specifically recognize Therese, who was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. She stood out as the one person who made us feel comfortable and cared for, and I truly appreciated her kindness. Unfortunately, outside of interacting with her, the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. My family deals with dental anxiety, and instead of feeling supported or understood, we often felt like a burden for needing extra reassurance or flexibility. There did not seem to be much compassion or understanding for patients who may need a little extra care, and we were often met with cold shoulders rather than kindness. If you are looking for a very standard, policy-driven office, this may work for you. But for families looking for a more compassionate, patient-centered environment — especially those dealing with dental fear or anxiety — this may not be the best fit. We will be taking our family’s business elsewhere.

Dr. Swank, Terese and Tina (?) were phenomenal. It was my first visit with them. They explained everything before it was done and were understanding regarding a bad experience I had as a young adult. I was having a hard time finding a dentist I felt comfortable with and I am sure that I have found a great dentist with Graniteville Dental Solutions. They are patient, kind and thorough as well. The front staff was great as well. Highly recommend!

I had my first appointment today after being a patient at my prior dental office for several years, so I was a little anxious! However, the front staff, Jamie, Dr John and Ashley provided me with a seamless positive experience. Jamie is very knowledgeable and passionate, providing me insight and suggestions about my dental hygiene. Thankful to have found them!

My hygienist Terese was amazing! Knowledgeable, professional and showed sincere concern and caring for my wellbeing. Dr. Swank was great and helped identify a cavity. I would highly recommend her and all the staff at Graniteville Dental group.
