I had an appointment to get a crown because a filling had chipped. This was on a Thursday, and by Monday I was in a lot of pain. I called the office, and they got me in that same day. Dr. Wes explained that sometimes a crown just needs a small adjustment, which he did. He also mentioned that in some cases, a root canal might be needed, but we’d wait and see.
During that visit, he also noticed that my crown had a small chip and said they would replace it at no additional cost since I had already paid for it. A couple of days after the adjustment, though, I started having severe pain that only went away with Advil and Tylenol. I called back on Thursday (a week after the original appointment), and again, they got me in right away. They took X-rays and found that there was an infection and that I needed a root canal. They scheduled root canal and prescribed antibiotics.
After taking the antibiotics, I’m no longer in pain. I’m not writing this review to complain — I just want to share that sometimes things happen, but this office truly worked with me and took care of the issue quickly. I’m very grateful for that.
I’ve been going to The Greys for years, and they’ve always taken great care of me and my family. My son even had his wisdom teeth removed there with no problems. I would definitely recommend them.

Contacted Dr. Gray's office Wednesday, had a consultation Thursday and had two cracked teeth removed Friday morning. I will be using Dr Gray's office again in the future for all oral surgeries.

Phenomenal place that covers all dental needs. All of the doctors and staff are so friendly and thorough. Highly recommend.

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff was very very nice! The doctor that extracted a tooth on 9/12/25, was very attentive, he explained things properly, I was nervous, he made me feel comfortable! My tooth was extracted in under 10 minutes. Felt NO pain! Absolutely amazing place, if I could give it a million stars, I would! 💯🤍💯🤍💯

We had such a positive experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel at ease right away. I was particularly impressed with how accommodating they were regarding my kid wanting a tv that was working so she could watch it while the dentist filled her cavities. It's so refreshing to find a dental practice that prioritizes patient convenience without compromising on excellent care.
