I had an appointment to get a crown because a filling had chipped. This was on a Thursday, and by Monday I was in a lot of pain. I called the office, and they got me in that same day. Dr. Wes explained that sometimes a crown just needs a small adjustment, which he did. He also mentioned that in some cases, a root canal might be needed, but we’d wait and see.
During that visit, he also noticed that my crown had a small chip and said they would replace it at no additional cost since I had already paid for it. A couple of days after the adjustment, though, I started having severe pain that only went away with Advil and Tylenol. I called back on Thursday (a week after the original appointment), and again, they got me in right away. They took X-rays and found that there was an infection and that I needed a root canal. They scheduled root canal and prescribed antibiotics.
After taking the antibiotics, I’m no longer in pain. I’m not writing this review to complain — I just want to share that sometimes things happen, but this office truly worked with me and took care of the issue quickly. I’m very grateful for that.
I’ve been going to The Greys for years, and they’ve always taken great care of me and my family. My son even had his wisdom teeth removed there with no problems. I would definitely recommend them.

They overcharge for simplest procedures. A extraction and graft, paid $700, and charged another $400 out of nowhere, with a threat to send to collections. As christian dentists they should try to serve the community instead ripping them off. I do not recommend this dentist.

About Gray Cosmetic & Family Dentistry
Gray Cosmetic & Family Dentistry is a general and family dental practice in Midland, Texas, that also provides dental implant solutions, including All-on-4 and full-arch treatment. The practice describes itself as offering care for patients of all ages, from routine cleanings and family dentistry to more involved procedures like implants, meant to replace teeth lost to decay, gum disease, or injury.
According to the practice, dental implants are typically made of titanium, a material that is compatible with the jaw bone and integrates over a period of weeks before a crown or denture is attached to the surface. The practice states that its doctors take time to listen to patients and explain treatment options beforehand, and that the office works to keep out-of-pocket costs low by accepting insurance. Patients considering implants can expect a team that combines this procedure with the broader family dentistry services offered at the practice.
