Dr. Brown is awesome! had a root canal in the front of my mouth, sensitive area for numbing and i barely felt a thing! Always has a very flexible schedule to get you in promptly. Highly recommend. he even offered to fix the chipped tooth that landed me there for a root canal, but he didn't have the right stuff since he's not a general dentist....first time ever offered that! Great practice and the staff are all friendly. awesome music choice, almost fell alseep DURING a root canal..doesn't get any better than that folks!

Simply amazing. I don't believe anyone likes getting work done on their teeth, but Dr Brown and his staff made it as painless as possible. Professional and polite from the start. They were quick to get me in for a root canal, which was greatly appreciated. I've never had a root canal before, but from what I heard and expected, this one was the smoothest in history. The only discomfort was the initial injections of lidocaine, but even that wasn't bad. Can't recommend this place enough.

I had to have an emergency root canal due to a cracked molar ... I was referred by my dentist and they were able to do my root canal that same morning. Dr. Brown and his staff were friendly, efficient, and made what could have been a horrible experience almost pleasant! I would highly recommend Dr. Brown... he actually seemed to care about my pain and did his best to alleviate it. I'm thankful that he was the doctor to do my first root canal.

About Great Falls Endodontics

Great Falls Endodontics is a specialty dental practice at 2617 16th Avenue South in Great Falls, Montana, dedicated exclusively to endodontic care, which is the treatment of the inside of the tooth. The practice describes its team as specialist members of the American Association of Endodontists and says it serves patients from Great Falls as well as Havre, Helena, Bozeman, Billings, Missoula, and Kalispell. Its core services are root canal therapy, endodontic retreatment, apicoectomy (root-end surgery), and the diagnosis and treatment of cracked teeth, with cone beam CT scans available for detailed imaging. Most patients arrive by referral from their general dentist.

For patients weighing tooth replacement, the practice's website explains that a root canal can often save a natural tooth and prevent the need for a dental implant or bridge. The site also includes dental implants among its procedures, describing implants as small titanium posts placed in the jawbone to anchor replacement teeth, typically completed in two surgical stages over roughly six to eight months. During an implant consultation, the site says your needs are addressed either by Dr. Brown or by an oral and maxillofacial surgeon the practice refers you to, with your restorative dentist designing the final bridge or denture. The office accepts CareCredit financing, publishes its financial and insurance policies online, and can be reached at (406) 452-8180.
