I had a great experience and felt very comfortable here, starting with the front desk receptionist, Michelle. The dental hygienist, Abby, did a very thorough and gentle job with the teeth cleaning. Dr. Kapoor takes her time to answer any questions and explain without rushing you out the door. Both were very knowledgeable and welcoming. I am so happy I found Great Oak Dental! I will be coming here for all of my future dental needs.

Everyone from walking in the door to leaving was very nice and helpful. The dentist ( Dr Kapoop) took her time explaining what I needed and the hygienist (Tricia) answered all questions. I did not feel rushed or pressured about anything. I would recommend.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, respected, and cared for in a way I’ve never experienced at a dental practice before. The entire team was incredibly attentive and made sure my comfort was a priority—not just in words, but in action. They took the time to explain every step, answer every question, and check in with me throughout the appointment. What stood out the most was how much they honored my dental anxiety. I never felt rushed, judged, or brushed off. Instead, I felt heard and supported, which made all the difference. My dentist, Dr. Kapoor is exceptional she is warm, patient, and truly committed to making sure you understand your care. The hygienists deserve just as much praise: thorough, gentle, and incredibly kind. The level of professionalism here is matched by the genuine compassion they show, and together it makes the entire experience feel elevated and personalized. This has been, without a doubt, the best dental visit I’ve had as an adult. I left feeling more confident, informed, and grateful. I would recommend this office ten times over.
