This was our 2nd child getting wisdom teeth removed at GPOMS. Another great experience. Office staff was very helpful explaining insurance coverages and what to expect. Dr. Neilson and his team did an excellent job! We were well informed both before and after the surgery and even received a follow up call the night of just to check in on how my son was doing. Highly recommend!

Dr Dan Nielsen, Alexis and the rest of the staff was truly amazing. We were given an abundance of care and directions for our son’s wisdom teeth surgery. Our son felt comfortable with Dr Dan upon his first consultation and he went in for the consultation by himself- no parental influence. We didn’t have any previous knowledge and Great Plains was referred to us from our dentist, we are so happy they did. I am super picky and ask a lot of questions so now this is a win-win for everyone! We highly recommend! Thank you for going above and beyond. Customer care and personal compassion matter so much!

From start to finish this office is fantastic! The staff is wonderful and so helpful and Dr. Nielson is professional and experienced. Everyone at the office really cared about my daughter's experience. Everything was explained in detail, the consult was thorough and the post-op recovery was handled exceptionally. Can't say enough good things about this office. You are in good hands with Dr. Nielson. It could not have gone any easier and I give all the credit to Dr. Nielson and his staff.

From our initial consult to procedure, everyone at this practice was amazing! The staff is kind, caring, informative, and thoughtful. Dr. Nielson was kind, professional and made our daughter feel at ease. From start to finish, our experience was beyond expectation. You can tell everyone in the office really cares for their patients. Would highly recommend.
