Our youngest had pretty extensive oral surgery done. The care from the first day of consultation, to speaking with the financial staff, to the actual appointment was superb. There were no surprise bills. He had a great outcome with no post -op complications. The final outcome looks great as the work is starting to show now with his braces that he’s wearing in conjunction with the procedure. We are lucky to have this company locally.

had my wisdom teeth removed today. The surgeon and staff were kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Thank you for taking such great care of me! Dr. French is amazing!

I had to have an emergency tooth extraction. It was my first time here and I thought they were wonderful! They were informative about future needs, very very nice, from the front desk to the nurses and the dentist. I’m a really really nervous patient and they kept me pretty calm. The only pain was one of the novacane shots and the rest was painless and quick. They called the next day to see how I was and to remind me of the care needed that day. The only unpleasant surprise was the quote I received on the phone was a few hundred less than what it cost without insurance. I made another appointment for my next removal!

The staff was amazingly kind, helpful and friendly. The DDS was friendly and was happy to answer any questions I had. Making me more comfortable in a nervous situation. He made sure I was good throughout the process and did the job painlessly and in a timely fashion. My experience was great. I have no doubt yours will be too if you decide to go with them.

100% pleased! They accommodated me with a general anesthesia extraction on my initial visit so we didn’t have to make another 1.5 hour drive and I did not have to suffer longer with the pain. Procedure was fully explained in advance and I was sent home with complete and easy to understand instructions for wound care and an outline of the future steps. Also appreciate that they left no financial surprises. The doctors are clearly skilled – my regular dentist, who does extractions, decided my case was overly complicated for him and referred me to Great River. I’m so grateful he did! Dr. King and the entire staff was friendly, courteous, and companionate. Thank you!
