We had a great experience at Greater Columbus Oral Surgery - Dr Smith and his staff were all very attentive, welcoming, and great to work with. Scheduling was a breeze and their facilities are great. I have zero complaints - I will 100% bring my other kids here for wisdom teeth extractions in the future (assuming they're needed)! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing oral surgery in Ohio!

I had a great experience with my oral surgeon and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly professional, helpful, and genuinely kind. They made me feel comfortable and at ease, taking the time to answer any questions and explain everything clearly. Dr. Smith was outstanding—very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly skilled at what he does. The procedure went smoothly, and I felt confident I was in great hands the entire time. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I received and would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of oral surgery.

The staff were very friendly. The doctor did an awesome job on my surgery. I was very nervous before the procedure, but they made sure to take care of me and make me feel less nervous. I would recommend this place for any dental surgery. I would definitely come here again for any future dental work.

Went in to get my Wisdom Teeth out. Was veryyy nervous about the surgery and I have anxiety about iv’s but they help distract me to make me less nervous which I really appreciated. Everyone was very professional, quick, and efficient. Will definitely be recommending to everyone.

Staff answering the phones, those like Jennifer, are incredibly rude and without etiquette or grace. In office staff and provider were kind and knowledgeable. However, because of the verbal rudeness from the staff answering phones and scheduling, I cancelled all appointments and informed them why. I had a failed extraction and was referred here, but when I asked that my medical insurance be attempted, the rudeness became much worse. Patient and provider relationships, including each time a patient calls with questions or concerns, should always be held with caring, kindness and patience. I hope that is something the staff answering phones and scheduling can learn in the future.
