The staff were really nice! Prepared my chart before i got in the clinic. Checking up on me and making sure i am well and okay. Listens and answers to my queries. Doctor Pape is excellent! Explained my dental situation and the procedures he will be doing! After care was explained properly. It was a very good experience of someone who has anxiety going to the dentist. Surely will recommend GLOMSA!

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! Deceptive billing practices. We called around to compare prices for daughters wisdom teeth. We chose them based on pricing quoted. We paid them the amount quoted and then they billed insurance...then they didn't get as much from insurance as they thought so they billed us the rest - which was more than DOUBLE the original amount quoted! We called about it and they even admitted to giving us wrong numbers but would not reduce it and then threatened to send us to collections if we didn't pay. Horrible business practices. Save yourself the trouble and $$ and go to one of the many other options in Louisville.

I did not have to sit in the waiting room long. Dr. Pape numbed me very well and he did not show me the needle which triggers my anxiety. I believe he pulled my two teeth in like 5 minutes!! My total time in the office was about 30 minutes! About 30 years ago I had another tooth pulled and I had the same experience at that time. He's an excellent dentist and I can't tell you how much I appreciate his speed. His assistant was also very kind and friendly.

I was referred to Dr. Pape after an old crown broke off and there was not enough tooth left to work with, necessitating the need to have that tooth removed and the area prepped for an implant. The jaw tooth had to be "dug out in layman's terms" then after healing an implant screw and cap had to be installed into my jawbone. Dr. Pape and his staff were professional and personable throughout this prolonged process. What set's them apart, in addition to how well the procedures were performed, is the follow up afterwards. I received calls the evening after the first surgery and again after the screw implant from Dr. Pape himself and additional calls the day after from staff checking on how I was doing and if I needed to address any adverse effects or pain. Later, due to my carelessness, I had to have the implant screw cap reattached, and they were quick to get me in and took care of it in minutes. They were great working with my dental insurance and texting updates on appointments and such. Dr. Pape and every staff member I met were friendly and the demeanor of the office puts you at ease. I highly recommend there services should you be in need.

Referred to Dr. Sivori from St. Helens for extraction. Streamlined registration/insurance verification process. Up front with pricing. Wonderful, knowledgeable, caring staff, and phenomenal physician. This office and its procedures should be used as the Gold Standard.
