To start off, they were able to get me an appointment in a very timely manner. The entire staff was very nice and willing to make my time there enjoyable. Dr. Lundy who worked on my teeth was very knowledgeable and willing to keep me well informed and answered all my questions before during and after the procedure I had done. He even decided to do the procedure close to closing time and having to catch a flight shortly after closing, so I am very grateful for that. I plan to establish care with this office and recommend it to anyone based off my initial visit and first impressions.

I found GDC when they were at their old location. I fell in love with the kindness, caring, and customer service. The communication was wonderful which is important to me in any customer service. Since moving to the new location things are so different. I went in for an updated consultation to start some work. I was upfront that I had been seen before. They seemed annoyed at the appointment but we discussed my options. I was going to be able to go forward with what I wanted. However, my work isn't much money for them(I am self pay). I left letting them know I wanted to go forward and we would get it scheduled. I have NEVER heard from them since. As another said, they are all about commercials and those spending huge amounts. Some of the best staff left too. So sad.

I love Greeley Dental Care! I’ve had horrible dental anxiety for most of my life, and since I have been going here my anxiety has lessened tenfold. I have since moved from Greeley, but I will happily continue to make the trip. Everyone I’ve seen here is great at their job, and have excellent customer service. Thank you Greeley Dental Care!

Best dental care I’ve ever received. From front desk staff, dentist and hygienists the crew works as a cohesive team. Every hygienist I’ve seen has been so thorough and their customer service is next level. I was even offered a blanket and a stress ball when mentioning my nervousness. Dr. Patel is the most down-to-earth, friendly dentists out there. Her precision and attention to detail is unparalleled. I can’t recommend her and her team enough.

I have been waiting for a treatment plan since December. In January all my text, emails and calls were ignored so I had to physically go in to find Lindsay in February on my lunch break. Three options were then presented for me to chose from & the notes from the Dr said I had decided not to continue with treatment back in January (not true). I then chose one of the treatment plans, Lindsay said she would submit the treatment plan to my insurance and we would hear back by the end of February. We are now in the middle of march and my insurance has yet to receive a treatment plan to approve. After so many months of being given the run around and my teeth still in pain I have no choice but to seek treatment elsewhere.
