This office and Dr. Stofka are the best! They are kind, thorough, skilled and just lovely to deal with. I had a molar pulled with local and nitrous oxide. I didn’t even know the tooth was out. I would highly recommend them!

I had a tooth extracted under anesthesia. From the consult visit to the procedure visit, Dr Stofka and her staff were absolutely wonderful! They took the time to explain every single thing and answer any questions I had. They made sure I remained comfortable both pre and post procedure. Would highly recommend this practice! They were wonderful!!

this is the second time I have had oral surgery from Dr Stofka and it was once again a wonderful and successful experience. From the first appointment through the final one, Dr. Stofka and her terrific staff make the process both professional and compassionate. I had no fears or reservations thanks to the perfectly executed preparation and her staff is so kind and considerate it makes the whole surgical experience perfect from start to finish. Dr. Stofka explains every aspect and answered every question completely and with patience and kindness. Highly recommend to anyone considering any sort of oral surgery. Nan Hart

I am usually petrified of the dentist. I had a severe infection in a broken tooth. Dr Stofka made sure I was comfortable even before my appointment. My appointment went wonderful. Dr Sofka Very gentle kind and understanding. Everything went perfect and I’m no longer suffering. The receptionist was also very kind and helpful! Definitely would recommend the surgeon.

I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here today. Everyone in the office was very kind and personable and really helped calm all the nerves I was having. The doctor (her name escapes me at the moment) was very kind and patient and answered any and all questions I had. I love how she took the time to describe what was going on with each tooth and the plan, and then was very descriptive about how to take care of myself afterwards. I would 1000% recommend this office for any oral surgery needs.

About Green Mountain Oral Surgery
Green Mountain Oral Surgery is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice located at 66 North Main Street in Rutland, Vermont. The practice offers a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including dental implants, bone grafting, wisdom tooth removal, extractions, pre-prosthetic surgery, and oral pathology. Alongside these surgical services, the office also provides Botox and laser facial and skin treatments. The staff is trained in assisting with intravenous sedation in the office setting.
For patients considering dental implants, the practice explains that implants are small titanium posts placed into the jawbone where teeth are missing, creating a foundation for replacement teeth that look, feel, and function like natural teeth. For most patients, treatment involves two stages: placing the implants and allowing them to bond with the jawbone over three to six months, then uncovering the implants and attaching the posts that will support the replacement teeth made by the patient's dentist. Green Mountain Oral Surgery welcomes new patients and serves Rutland along with nearby communities such as Middlebury, Bennington, Manchester, Springfield, and Brattleboro in Vermont, as well as Granville, New York.
