Walking into the dentist office brings me a tremendous amount of anxiety that stems from a traumatic childhood dental surgery, and countless painful cleanings, even as an adult. My nerves were at ease from the moment I called to schedule my first appointment. I called for a cleaning and because I had been experiencing some pain from a crown placement at a different office in 2021. The entire staff was incredibly kind. They were patient and willing to listen as I expressed my past experience and concerns. X-Rays were taken and Dr. Dominguez took the time to explain the issue I was having and why it would cause so much discomfort. The cleaning, which I was dreading the most, was gentle and surprisingly painless. This was the first time I’ve ever left a dental office without feeling rattled. What really stood out to me though, was the integrity of Dr. Dominguez. Rather than pushing to do a more complex procedure in-house, she explained that a specialist in town had tools that would be a better fit for my diagnosis. She explained that she was willing and able to complete the procedure if I wanted her too, but felt that the best case scenario would be to see the specialist. This level of honesty and patient care is so rare and it meant a lot to me. Green Ridge has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. So much so that I've moved from semiannual cleanings to every four months. If you’ve had bad experiences in the past like I have, I can’t recommend this office enough. They truly prioritize your comfort and well-being.

Dr. Dominguez and her staff have made my entire experience phenomenal. From scheduling and reception, to doing a thorough exam. Every single person in the office was patient and compassionate, taking time to make sure I was comfortable and that all of my questions were answered. I cannot recommend this practice enough, and for the first time in my life, I cannot wait to go back to the dentist!

Honestly, the best dental experience of my life! This place actually makes me look forward to going back! I went in for some work today and was pretty nervous because uhh, who likes going to the dentist yanno lol but omg it was such a smooth and comforting experience! All the way around, from the girls at the front desk to the dental assistants, to the actual dentist and dental hygienist.. everyone was so sweet and welcoming, made sure you understood anything that was explained, and (my favorite) made sure you were ALWAYS comfortable, I was extremely grateful for that! I was definitely nervous for no reason thanks to all of them! If you’re looking for a Dentist Office this is definitely the one!

I walked into schedule an appointment and the front desk ladies were very helpful and super friendly! Later I was seen by Dr. Dominguez-Rathburn and was blown away at how well she treats her clients. She explained my appointment in detail and gave me options that best suited me. She was very transparent on procedures and answered all of my questions. Throughout my appointment I felt extremely comfortable. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a dentist or thinking about switching to a new one.

Anna and Connie at this location are absolutely amazing! I was so nervous and anxious about going in to get impressions done for implant surgery and they both made me feel comfortable and weren’t judgmental at all. They were very sweet and I’m grateful they helped me today. The lady at the front was sweet and awesome as well. 😊❤️
