I’ve been coming to this dentist for years and always have a great experience. Dr. Mireles does amazing work and always provides the best advice for your oral care and needs. He truly cares about his patients and takes the time to explain everything clearly. His staff is also awesome, very welcoming, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend!

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. This has been the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. From the beginning, there were red flags—when I first called to schedule, someone answered the phone yelling, “STOP CALLING!” I should’ve known then, but I decided to give them a chance. During my visit, I was seen by Dr. Mireles, who was extremely rough and unprofessional. I have a tattoo inside my lip, and when he noticed it, he aggressively pulled my lip down, laughed, and without asking for permission, took out his personal phone and took a picture of it—telling me it was to “show his wife.” I was completely shocked and extremely uncomfortable. This is a complete violation of boundaries and consent, and it is NOT okay. After this disturbing experience, I never returned. Then, months later, I received a handwritten letter stating I had an outstanding balance because insurance didn’t cover everything, and I’d be charged interest if I didn’t pay. I called to settle the balance, but they couldn’t even tell me how much I owed because their “system doesn’t allow it”? As an accountant, I find that excuse unacceptable—this is 2025, and that kind of disorganization is beyond outdated. Everything about this clinic screams unprofessional and unethical. Please avoid this place at all costs—for your safety, comfort, and peace of mind.
