The staff was awesome. They were extremely friendly. They were down to earth and not upity. They were knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed to purchase the most expensive treatment. The price was affordable. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting implants.

So happy that I chose Dr.Sievers to do my full mouth restoration. He has been such a great dentist. He always makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. The staff there are top notch from the dental assistants to the receptionist. I was really nervous about having such extensive work done but they have been caring and understanding with me every step of the way. If I call them they ALWAYS see me that day. They feel like family to me.

Everyone in the office is so friendly and make you feel welcome and cared for. They were able to get me in quickly with any issues that I was having. They listened to how I wanted my smile to look and made it happen. With minimal tweak's, I'm happy that I'll be getting my last "mockup" tomorrow and I am super excited. It's been a long journey, but I can say that I would not have wanted anyone else to deliver me the smile that I've always dreamed about.

My experience is definitely not a 5 star. I was told by text message to leave 5star by Alisha with Greenville Dentures and Implant via text immediately after my 9am appt. The business getting rated is telling you what to rate them, Unbelievable. My rating 0 Star. Upon making the appt. I was told someone would call me next day to go over questions, no one did. Upon arriving for my appt. I was given a tablet with no directions on how to complete. Screen went black, the stylus was not marking. Then handed hard copy 6-7 pages, I completed. Then told the interview would take an hr. I said I wanted a quote on two tooth bridge, I have a partial. The interviewer said oh we don't work with real teeth. No one did due diligence by asking questions when making appt. Upon initial call to make appt. I said I have partial and want bridge. Not to mention, they bombard me with 5-6 reminders of appt. and called me 4 times, ridiculous. They are unprofessional, disorganized and certainly nothing resembles a physicians office or environment. Waste of time.

Omgoodness, I’m so glad I picked your company! Your office is beautiful, Kendra is so professional! She answered all my questions and gave me options to choose from! She just called me to give me info on something I never thought to ask! They are awesome and I HIGHLY recommend them! I didn’t get any work done yet but I know and feel is going to come out GREAT! Thank you in advance, for the smile you are about to give me back! Before and after will be coming soon!
