I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Timothy Gross and his staff. I’ve been a patient for 11 years, and the level of care has been consistently outstanding.
Going to the dentist isn’t something most people look forward to, but this office completely changes that experience. Dr. Gross is calm, thorough, and clearly passionate about what he does. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense and genuinely cares about his patients’ overall health — not just their teeth.
What really sets him apart is that he was even able to help me with my vertigo issues, something I never expected to be addressed in a dental office. That level of attentiveness and whole-person care speaks volumes.
His team is welcoming, upbeat, and makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines skill, integrity, and a great atmosphere, Dr. Gross is the one.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Timothy Gross and his entire team. From the moment you walk into the office, you are greeted with such a positive, welcoming energy that immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Gross is not only incredibly knowledgeable and informative, but also kind, gentle, and genuinely funny—he has a way of making even the most anxious patient feel completely comfortable.
We are so happy that we found Dr. Gross and we are thrilled to be part of this practice. Every single person is friendly and professional. If you are looking for a dentist who combines expertise with compassion, we highly recommend Dr. Gross!

Five stars for Timothy Gross! I'm thrilled with my new dental implants. The doctor is clearly an expert, and the results are perfect. The entire staff was wonderful—friendly, I can’t recall staff names but Dakota was his assistant and she was great.Dr Gross is highly knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommended!"

Dr. Gross and his staff were very kind and inviting during our first visit. We went for orthodontist work and Dr. Gross made it a point to include my daughter every step of the way while we had discussions for straightening her teeth. We had a wonderful visit and look forward to working with Dr. Gross and his staff.

Dr. Timothy Gross, DMD, leads the practice. According to the practice website, he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1992, then completed a General Practice Residency at Allegheny General Hospital before relocating to Hilton Head Island to establish his practice. The site states he has provided care for more than 30 years, teaches advanced cosmetic and orthodontic procedures as an instructor at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, and has been voted Best Dentist by readers of the Island Packet newspaper.
