I had an amazing experience at G’s Dental Studio! I came in for three cavities and a crown replacement, and Dr. Jain and the hygienist were so compassionate and gentle throughout the whole process. They kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. The team was very accommodating, and I didn’t feel any pain at all! I truly appreciate how caring and professional everyone was. Highly recommend G’s Dental Studio to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients!

I had a crown placed here one year ago and came back today due to an issue. G’s Dental Studio at 12920 W Parmer Ln STE 101, Cedar Park, TX refused to help. The front desk said there was no warranty because the doctor who did the work no longer works there. No assistance, no responsibility. I spent a lot of money and was completely dismissed. Very disappointing service. Be careful and think twice before using this location.

Giving 1 star because there is no zero-star option to add a review I have been a patient at this office for several years, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. Ever since Dr. Hristina and Dr. Alex left and new doctors and staff took over, the quality of service has gone downhill. My appointment was canceled without any notification. I arrived 5 minutes early, and the front desk said they could not find my appointment. I showed them the confirmation email and message they sent 2 days before, and I had also completed the COVID questionnaire. They then claimed they had called me a week earlier to confirm and since I didnt answer they cancelled the appointment. I didn’t get any call I showed my call history, confirmation email, and reminder messages, including one sent the day before. After that, they said it was a system issue. I waited another 15 minutes hoping to be rescheduled, but the front desk staff stayed busy and did not assist me, so I had to leave without being seen. Very poor communication and unprofessional experience

It used to be great when Drs. Alex and Hristina were running the place. After they sold it, it has been terrible. They can't get their schedule together, their hygienists are always calling in sick, they rescheduled our appointments multiple times. I'm looking for a new dentist.

We came in for an emergency visit for my elderly mother, who wears a full upper denture and was experiencing significant pain. Unfortunately, the standard of care we received was extremely disappointing. The assistant removed the denture, briefly shaved a small area, and put it back in — without ever examining my mother’s mouth, without checking the sore spots, without evaluating the tissue, and without having the doctor come in. No one looked inside her mouth, no one assessed the cause of the pain, and the denture was returned without any sanitation after the adjustment. What concerns me most is that my mother is an older patient, and proper evaluation is essential to rule out inflammation, ulceration, or improper fit. We had been longtime patients of Dr. Gavrilov before the clinic changed ownership, and the previous level of care was always excellent — which makes this experience even more alarming. When I asked if the doctor could check her or if further adjustment was needed, I was told, “This was only an emergency visit,” as if that justified not performing even a basic oral exam. It does not. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this felt unacceptable and unsafe. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both communication and clinical care standards, especially for elderly patients.
