I have received surgery from Dr. Marshall between 5-10 times in the past 15 years or so. The most recent was less than a week ago, but it went like all the others - perfectly! I have also brought some of my children to Dr. Marshall for wisdom teeth removal, and again, the experience was perfect in every way. We are blessed to have Dr. Marshall and his top-notch practice serving the FWB/Destin/Niceville area!
I am very appreciative of Dr. Marshall, regarding this most recent appointment, for caring enough about me to offer me a deal I could not refuse that repeated a procedure my body "rejected" the first time (no fault of his, just my unique situation).
Dr. Marshall and his staff are highly professional but also very personable, and they have developed a consistently outstanding track record with me. Most importantly, Dr. Marshall's knowledge and skills in oral surgery are simply second to none. You know this the moment you observe him review your just-created x-ray charts and begin explaining in comprehensive detail (but at my level of comprehension) what all is going on with your teeth, gums, facial bones, sinus cavities, etc., while at the same time he's working out a recommended treatment plan with alternative options you may want to consider depending on concerns or factors he anticipates you will bring up. I have complete and total confidence in his knowledge and skills, and I know he also has about 25 years of experience in his field.
It is also important to note that Dr. Marshall has the kind of people skills you wish everyone could have. He takes his time to explain the technical & physical aspects of your issue, and helps you to understand your options and how each may affect you, cost you, and/or their unique risks & likelihood for success. He has always spoken to me in a genuinely caring manner, with respect, and I have always felt like an "equal" member in every conversation despite my clear lack of knowledge in Dr. Marshall's areas of expertise. When time allows or when Dr. Marshall is ahead of schedule, I have thoroughly enjoyed having friendly, non-business conversations about family, college football, etc., much like catching up on all the latest with a friend.
And to address Dr. Marshall's staff, they have always been professional, friendly, well-trained, and helpful. As someone who attempts humor and banter to calm my nerves, I have been impressed that the staff is even willing to laugh at my worst "dad jokes".
There's a 100% likelihood I will need more implants or other oral surgery to be done in the future. With that said, there's also a 100% likelihood that I will be returning to Dr. Marshall to have that work done!

Dr. Marshall, and his whole staff are absolutely amazing 😍
He took care of my husband last year, and then me this year, even with an emergency situation. We have been treated with dignity, patience, respect, compassion, and never left the office feeling like we weren't fully informed of our treatment plans.
I can see why he has so many stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If we could give him a bazillion stars, we would. Thank you Dr Marshall, and thank you to your entire staff. Hope we never have to see you again, ha ha, but if something comes up, you'll be the one to take care of us ☺️

The staff at Gulf Coast Facial & Oral Surgery took amazing care of my son thru birth of his surgeries. Front desk staff is approachable and kind. The nurse called later in the day to check on my son's progress and Dr. Marshall was very kind and informative thru the whole process. 10/10 recommend their office for your oral surgery needs.

Dr Marshall and the entire staff are the best of the best. They all treat you like you are part of their family. Dr Marshall is just the most professional, caring surgeon I have ever seen. He put my 89 year old Mother at ease from the second he met her. I can go on and on but let's not forget the main reason for the visit. A tooth extraction that was quick, painless, no pain during or after the surgery. Dr Marshall is an ANGEL, not just a surgeon and his staff all embody his passion. Thank you ALL!!

They made me feel comfortable before getting all 4 wisdom teeth out.. This was my second surgery in my life.. and I barely feel any pain after, I have been fine taking regular pain meds.. I strongly recommend this office and Dr Marshall. They chatted with me while I was waiting for the meds to knock me out... (I was nervous) but they are the best in my opinion.
