Went here for the 1st time last week with a severe toothache. They squeezed me in as a first time patient 5 hours after I called for an appointment. I was impressed with that. Had a root canal that day and everyone involved was wonderful. Highly recommend them!

In the past 2 months, I've had TWO mishaps with my teeth! Broke a front tooth first, and a month later, a filling fell out! Both times, I called, and was scheduled to come in promptly. Both times, Dr. Diminick and Octavia went out of their way to produce high quality work for me! A broken front tooth is no small thing, but after those 2 got done with me, it looks so natural, I can't even tell anything happened--not even when the sun shines right on that tooth! Perfection. Today, a filling had fallen out, and after they got me all numbed up, Octavia had to go. Kayla took her place. As Dr. Dominick and Kayla worked together on my filling, I was super-impressed with how well they worked together. The "pleases" and the "thank yous" were SO wonderful to hear! Really makes coming to the dentist a joy! Thanks, guys, to ALL THREE of you! Your moms can be PROUD of the excellent service you are providing your community. Keep up the great job. We appreciate you.

I’m 56, and I have been to a few dentist offices walking out saying I will never go back. I went to this office today, and Rick worked on my teeth. It was the best experience I’ve had. I highly recommend them.

I have been going here for dental care for many years. Dr. Rick is knowledgeable, professional, helpful and personable. Hygienists are knowledgeable and professional as well and the front desk is always on it! Everyone here is great. One of the top dental offices in Bristol!

I'm not impressed! New high-end, highly polished office with a young staff. And I need a dentist, so I figured what the heck, let's see what they have. What I got was the typical Bristol, TN welcome of.." we have a full book, but come again in about a month and maybe we can fit you in". I got that same line for 6 MONTHS from them believe it or not. Now I don't know if they do good dental work there on not. But apparently they DON'T want my business even though I have full insurance coverage and after 6 months? Maybe you will fit the proper look or requirements to be accepted as a patient, I however did not. So, my search continues for an ethical, good dentist in Bristol, Tn.
