Had an initial visit and was VERY happy. Everyone was very friendly, courteous and professional. Linda at the front counter was STELLAR, Catherina was EXCELLENT and Jan was GREAT !!! Dr. Woe was very thorough and willing to answer my questions. Hope all my visits go as smoothly.

Let tell you, I have dental anxiety anytime I go and I needed a root canal and filling, first new dentist, our dentist of many years stopped taking our insurance, two I was terrified. I made my husband go with me for support, but I really didn’t need him. Dr. Sung made my visit one of the best dental experiences I had ever had. From start to finish, he was thorough, skilled and in my opinion fast. I cannot say enough good things, he has a warm and kind demeanor about him and that is important to me and the staff was amazing and patient with me!!! Definitely recommend to anyone!!!!

Worst dental experience I have ever had. Woo damaged a healthy tooth now I am being expected to pay to have it crowned. Original X-rays lost. Run as fast as you can to another dentist!!! I was notified by phone that Sung would do the crown on the tooth that Woo messed up for free, but on the day of my appointment(today) he backed out of that agreement stating they miraculously “ found” the original X-rays and SURPRISE, that tooth had a cavity and even though the tiny filling Woo put in fell out and a chunk of tooth broke out with it they are charging me over $1000 for a crown that I only need because Woo did a bad filling and damaged the tooth. I will never go back to this office again.

For the first time in years, I feel like a medical office truly went above and beyond in providing exceptional care. The staff was incredibly kind, thorough, and attentive, making the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. I highly recommend Hagerstown Prime Dental.

I came to the dentist today because I need a root canal because I have an infection that the doctor needs to take care. I was nervous but doctor Sung was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. He worked very fast. I didn’t feel any pain in the process. Now, hours later I feel in the same way. I recommend this office 100%.
