Always an excellent experience. Appointment for today was teeth cleaning with Jen - she was awesome. Dr. Cimato is a very caring, committed dentist to making your mouth healthy and providing the means to smile worthy teeth!

I had a great experience at Harbor Point Dental! I went in for a cleaning with my braces, and the front desk staff were so sweet and helpful from the moment I arrived. Dr. Cimato was very informative, kind, and made me feel completely at ease. I’ve always had a fear of the dentist, but this visit really changed that for me. I felt comfortable the entire time and well taken care of. I will definitely continue coming here going forward. Highly recommend!

As a UK resident who has the wonderful NHS to fall back on I was a little concerned to experience toothache whilst on vacation locally. Harbor Point were able to see me straight away and provided me with a temporary fix until I could get back home in a couple of weeks. And the cost? The princely sum of 90 US dollars! A pleasant surprise, and good value for excellent service and care.

Been going here for years for cleanings and had very good experiences but this last time was a bit different. Started 3 days before my appointment and I get a call my appointment was being canceled. Frustrating at the very least but especially for me because I have to premedicate before my cleanings. (Went and scheduled a telehealth appointment with my primary care doctor to get the prescription, trip to the pharmacy, etc.) When I mentioned this they did call me back an hour later and said they could squeeze me in my original appointment slot. So all good there. Dental cleaning itself was fine as usual. I’ve always had pretty good dental hygiene and hygienist was complementing that everything looks good and healthy but then the doctor comes in and checks and mentioned I have three cavities that will need to be filled next visit. I was a bit confused by the sudden reversal of what I was being told 5 min prior. Anyway now debated to whether I may switch dental providers and get a second opinion since this last visit left a bit of a strange taste in my mouth… pun intended.

The front desk team made an incredible difference in our experience. From the moment we walked in, they created such a warm and welcoming environment that immediately put my dad at ease. He hasn’t been to the dentist in years and was very nervous, but the way they spoke to him—with patience, kindness, and genuine understanding—helped him feel safe and supported. They took the time to listen, answer questions, and reassure him without any judgment. That level of compassion is rare and truly appreciated. Because of them, what could have been a stressful visit turned into a positive and comforting experience. We’re so grateful for their care and professionalism it really means a lot.
