Everyone is always very friendly, considerate and professional. I am very grateful for the whole staff at Hartland Dental it has been such a huge improvement in my quality of life to have my dental health under control!

I was impressed by their technology that was able to caught issues before they happened. Prevented care is so important and I felt that was valued at Hartland. Their bedside manner was exceptional and they made me feel at ease; also, the cleaning wasn’t painful and they frequently made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend.

The staff was great, no doubt about that. I just wish I had a better outcome, maybe it’s a situation that’s just unique to me but none of my issues were resolved on top of new problems being added on. It started with a cleaning and a discussion about my cold and hot sensitive tooth (or the tooth the pain was being referred to.) Dr Ross was quick to suggest scheduling a root canal, okay root canal was scheduled, performed and to my disappointment I still had all the original pain but now have a drilled out and crowned tooth that I had to pay for. At that point I was referred to the endodontist, so I had to pay more money for him to tell me it was likely the molar 2 teeth back that was the actual problem, not the one Dr Ross performed a root canal on. When I returned to Hartland dental to have the permanent crown put on Dr Ross didn’t have a word to say about what the endodontist that I was referred to, had concluded. Most of my conversations were had with the assistant. To top it off they also performed a filling on a different tooth the same appointment as the root canal that is now very painful to floss around. I can’t believe after 3 appointments and nearly $1300 spent I’m worse off than before. I loved the staff, but I have no trust in this office and will searching for another Dentist.

I travel from Clarksville to Hartland due to the excellent customer service. The staff is friendly and kind. They are honest, prompt, and understanding.

I had a great experience. The staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The waiting room was clean and tidy, and I didn't have to wait long for my appointment. The dentist took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly and answered all my questions. I definitely found my Dentist here at Hartland.
