I went in to have a filling done. What I was told would be about a $100.00 out of pocket procedure. The dentist asked if I would like to have some other filling done while he was in there. I said yes. He never mentioned that that would increase my out of pocket expense to $738.00. That was my biggest surprise. I got home and called to cancel any future appointments and to get a copy of my bill. The office staff hung up on me. Nothing like preying on the elderly with a fixed income. Now I have a credit card bill to try to pay. I don’t need my teeth if I have no food.
Update still nothing from this dentist. Here’s a picture of the quality of care you can expect from them. I’ve had 3 teeth cleanings from them for a total of $675.00 and on my right is how they left my teeth. On my left is my teeth after the last and final visit with them. When the dentist ask why you haven’t been there in so long.? This is why. I’ve lived here for 35 years and have yet to find a competent dentist. I’m just gonna let my teeth go until they fall out. I can’t trust any of them.
Still nothing from the dentist or the office. How many times have they done this to others. If you are one post it so others can see.

Dr Adams was thorough in checking my teeth and implant. The
first dentist in many years to actually check the implant and ended
up referring me to a specialist for further care. His hygienist also
was superb...she used a new implement to clean the gaps in my
implant. I am very happy with their office and treatment !

My appointment went well. Great staff, everything explained well. Dr Adam's did a very thorough exam and I am very pleased. I've already scheduled my next appointment in 6 months.

Felt it was meticulous care. Didn't wait long to be taken back for my appointment. The staff members were cheerful and helpful with answering questions about costs for services. There was no pain with getting X-rays, teeth cleaning and subsequent exam by the dentist. Actually felt happy with the entire experience. Have an appointment for follow-up, anticipate it will be great!

My husband first had some dental work done @ Harvard dental. I was currently attending another dentist locally. My husband was pleased with the work Dr.Adams did. I was having a difficult time with my other dentist and their lack of knowledge. Although they were less expensive and fit my budget, I know now, why they were. Just young recent graduates from dental school. My husband encouraged me to go to Harvard dental and see what they could do to help me with my dental issues. The staff is very organized and professional. They smile too! My last visit was surprising to me in that Dr. Adams put my needs first priority and really took the time to answer questions and gave me options. They also have a finance program available. In which I couldn’t have been able to get the work done I really need without it because I don’t have insurance. Thank you Harvard Dental !
