New to Nebraska (and Hastings), I chose Hastings Family Dental because of their great reviews and they did not disappoint! I’ve had two cleanings so far, one with Samantha and one with Sydney. Both were fantastic. They explained everything as they went, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and were incredibly gentle compared to my previous hygienist (who I thought was just “normal” rough). My teeth were squeaky clean without any discomfort.
On top of that, I really appreciated how efficient they were in getting me in sooner. Instead of waiting five months for an appointment, they used their cancellation list to offer me an earlier spot, such a lifesaver!
Highly recommend both of them!

The staff was so caring and considerate. I felt they really listened to me and made sure I obtained the best care. Absolutely awesome customer care and the facility was inviting and clean. Absolutely recommend

My kids & I absolutely love Hastings Family Dental! Everyone is so nice and friendly! The ladies at the front desk are always welcoming, the hygienist are amazing, and you never leave feeling like your mouth hurts after a cleaning. Dr. Franco is great and very patient with kids who might be a little scared when it comes to pulling teeth or having work done that require shots.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in 5 years and was a little nervous, but the staff made me feel so welcomed and never once judged me. They were kind, caring, and explained everything along the way. My cleaning took almost an hour and a half, but they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’m so thankful for their professionalism and compassion—I actually look forward to going back!
