I was referred to this practice by my orthodontist because I needed four teeth extracted to continue my braces treatment. Initially, I was nervous about having all four teeth removed at once, but Dr. Jackson reassured me that everything would go smoothly. Before the procedure began, he reviewed the plan with me, which helped ease my concerns. The entire procedure took less than an hour and was much easier than I expected. The atmosphere at the practice was professional, welcoming, and calm. Every staff member I interacted with—from the receptionist to Dr. Jackson—was friendly and attentive. It was clear that the team genuinely cares about providing patients with a positive experience.
Dr. Jackson also followed up with me after the procedure to check on my recovery and see if I had any questions. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of oral surgery or dental care.

Let’s be honest, there aren’t many people that look forward to getting their wisdom teeth extracted... However, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was professional, welcoming, and reassuring. The procedure itself was smooth, quick and as painless as possible. James did an excellent job with the procedure as well as explaining everything before it even started, which really helped ease any nerves I had. Recovery has been going great, and I’m so grateful for the care and precision that went into the extraction he performed. I highly recommend him and his entire office to anyone needing dental work, especially wisdom teeth removal. You’ll be in great hands!

My mother and I can’t say enough great things about Hawaii Elite Oral Surgery! My mother recently had a tooth extraction and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient, which immediately put us at ease.
The Dr. Michino took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and made sure my mother was completely comfortable before starting. The extraction itself was quick and much smoother than she expected. I was especially impressed with how clearly they explained aftercare instructions, which made her recovery easy and stress-free.
I helped my mom through the entire process — from scheduling her appointment to driving her to and from the procedure and assisting with her aftercare at home — and everything went incredibly smoothly.
My mother primarily speaks Japanese, so I initially helped with communication. However, when it came time to speak with the doctor, we were so relieved and grateful to learn that he speaks Japanese!
If you’re feeling nervous about oral surgery, this is absolutely the place to go. The team truly cares about their patients and provides top-quality care. The office is brand new, clean, bright, with lots of free parking. Highly, highly recommend!

I was referred to this office from my dentist and they couldn't have sent me to a better place. They were accommodating and were able to find me an available opening quickly. I went to the office and was greeted with Aloha, I felt comfortable, welcomed, and cared for. Dr Jackson completed my evaluation and procedure. Dr Jackson and his team provided everything I needed and after care follow up is amazing. I'm grateful that I was taken care of by an amazing team. I would recommend their office to anyone who may need their services, you won't be disappointed. Mahalo Dr Jackson for your professionalism and Aloha 👏 💯❤️

Great experience! I was in and out for my wisdom teeth. Dr. Jackson and his dental assistant were quick, efficient and kept me calm through it. I felt completely relaxed the entire time!! The office was clean and the staff was so kind. If there were a dental Olympics these guys would CRUSH it!
