Had a great experience there with Dr Yan,she is so smart and really fun, she also has the best advice about dental care. I really like her and the team there.The lady’s helping were great and calm and also lots of fun. Maria and another sweet older gal. Both also very smart and helpful. Coming back next week for more care. Oh and the office staff is great too. and the video lady was helpful and fast. Loved that ,thank u. Jeremiah Ryan

DO NOT LET THEM DRILL ANY CAVITIES WITHOUT A SECOND OPINION. I scheduled a cleaning and they ‘didn’t have time’ for it so it didn’t get done. Instead, they insisted on taking x-rays even though I transferred the x-rays I had taken recently at a different dentist. They told me I had 4 cavities, gave me a quote for $2000 and tried to get me to buy their insurance. A year later I got a second opinion and I have absolutely no cavities, and finally got a cleaning.

I called them to question if they take my insurance and Chaleiyah, or Shaleia however you spell her name, was extremely rude and had an attitude. As a front desk worker, customer service should be a main priority and she definitely needs to work on that.

This place is always busy. It's hard to get an appointment unless you make one 6 months in advance. Also, they did overcharge me last year for something that resulted in a $$ credit. Were they ever going to tell me if I didn't come back for service? I find it unprofessional that they hold on to a credit for over a year like that without telling you. Always had a good experience here with the dental hygienist/check in staff.
