For seven years I was not able to find.a dentist willing to work with my full implant dentures that were placed in 2010 before moving to Kauai. I have struggled to find someone caring enough to take the time to look at my case and say YES!! We will help you. Now I can rest easy knowing that if something happens I can get help; and that alone is worth everything. The staff is super professional and friendly. Feeling Blessed. Mahalo guys!!!

Both my cleanings and filling replacements, including a crown in the front were completed with minimal discomfort and excellent results. Dr. Jaurequi, his staff, including hygienist are very friendly and professional. I've been a patient for over a decade and I always have a fantastic outcome from every visit. Highly recommend!!

Wasted clients time with a false appointment scheduling error on Jan 13 at 2pm for Hygienist. Christopher Boscole herein referred to as client called dentist office on Jan 12 at 8:25am and left message and then called back at 8:30am and spoke with a women staff and canceled the prior scheduled emergency appt for 11:30am, on Jan 13 as toothache had subsided. Client mentioned that 2 prior appts for hygienist had also been canceled and rescheduled several times by the dentist office due what they said was hygienist cancellation and rescheduling now for March 11 and asked if sooner hygienist appt was available. The office staff person then said there was an appt available at 2pm on Jan 13 available with a hygienist to replace the March 11 appt. (That would usually include new full xrays and a dentist exam ). Client confirmed new appt. 2pm on Jan 13 and subsequently took time out of his day to show up at 1:50pm, was subsequently seated and then told that the appt was for the limited emergency visit and did not have appt with hygienist.. Client responded that was incorrect and responded with above details and was advised the office manager was out for the day. Client then left asking for dentist/office manager to call back and apologize for their scheduling mistake. No one has called to apologize. I have been a patient for several years and the quality of dental service has been good - its just that recently this last fall they have canceled several hygienist appts above such that I missed a cleaning that was billable to my insurance last year, and now in a new year that resets - that is not providing adequate care and now this latest scheduling snafu is symptom of poor office staff and lack of consideration for patients - wasting patients time. Update 1/19/26 Due to my complaint which I also sent in email this Dentist has closed my account terminating service also contacting my insurance co saying I would be a "better fit" with another provider. No apology for wasting my time. No Aloha. Update 2/6/26 Regarding response from dentist - seems they are now gaslighting - deflecting to disparage me as "rude or disrespectful" -which I was not at any time or in any responses-But their response here is not factual and trying to shift blame onto me and avoid accountability for their simple scheduling mistake = Their response is another reason for 1 star. But they are not perfect. This patient did not walk out and refuse scheduled services - it was dentists staff that denied the cleaning appointment services with hygienist that this patient arrived for - so when told this would not occur upon arriving this patient then naturally left - how could the patient walk out on an appointment that was denied? This being said a patient does have the right to refuse services they did not schedule and should not be rebuked if they did so - The staff made a mistake or worse they are using bait & switch tactics. If there was a misunderstanding it was the responsibility of the staff, office manager or dentist to reach out to clarify and resolve which they did not - that in itself is proof of their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability in this manner or caring for a patient = basically blowing me off. I tried to call later that week and speak to office manager and was told they were not in, and would be back soon, i talked with office staff on phone and left message to call me but never received a call back from them. Notice they did not respond at all to the fact that the 2 prior cleaning appointments had been canceled by them and deferred for months later. I see many low reviews on Yelp and Healthgrades. Update Feb 10. Today got text and email from this dentist office saying "You're overdue for your cleaning by 3 months". Not sure why they are still sending me messages when they sent email on 1/19/26 saying they closed my account? Yet another example of staff mistakes? Reason I'm overdue is because they canceled 3 cleaning appointments in row that were previously scheduled Nov 10, Dec 29, & Jan 13.

I came in to get some work done & a tooth extracted at 15.5 weeks pregnant. After getting everything approved by my OBGYN, Doctor & staff were extremely careful, fast and efficient during the procedure. Both Doctor & staff were gentle and checked in to see how I was doing/feeling and staff called a day after to follow up & check in. Great dental office & outstanding staff. Mahalo!

Solid, resourceful and an expert in his field. I came in with a complex dental implant issue and Dr. J put a plan together which eased my mind. One word to sum up my visit, grateful.
