Dr. Carey did a great job with removing my son's wisdom teeth and I appreciated him coming out to the waiting room and talking to me after the surgery. I took two stars off because the nurse with the southern accent who picked us up from the waiting room and went through all the post-op instructions was very curt and unfriendly. That was one of the first things my son said after we left (he used a different word). There were other nurses there, however, that seemed much nicer. Everything seemed very rushed overall. For a kid who is a little leary about going under and having surgery, it makes it so much better when there are nurses that are caring and patient. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

Got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out and all I can say is this place is amazing. Our sweet nurse who talked to me and my husband before surgery made me feel alot better about the surgery and the dos and donts afterwards. The anesthesia doctor was also great, asked me how I was feeling and told him I was very anxious and he told me he would take care of me. Dr Carey popped in while they were prepping me and chatted with me also. Everyone here was sweet and caring. Dr Carey sent in everything to the pharmacy that would make my recovery go smoothly. Cannot be more thankful to have chosen this surgeon to do my procedure. Great staff, very nice building, and great surgeon. Thank you Heartland Oral!

I arrived here at 8:00 a.m., and nothing happened until 11:00 a.m. After waiting for about 2 hours, a nurse finally came to us and said the doctor would be with us shortly, in about 10 minutes, but it actually took around 40 to 50 minutes.
Also, the nurse was rude. If you ask her a question, she doesn’t respond politely. Overall, this place lacks respect and professionalism, and it is not a good place.

I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here back in December. Since it was my first time under general anesthesia I was a little nervous but everything went amazing! The staff made sure to explain the procedure thoroughly and they all took great care of me. Dr. Carey did an amazing job with the extractions and made sure to answer any questions I had!

I put off getting my wisdom teeth out due to my fear of going to the Dentist. Their office is so calm and professional it really put me at ease. Very grateful for the explanation of how the procedure typically looks like, and under sedation I don't remember a thing. The healing process has been really great. I should have done this a lot sooner! Thank you all for providing such amazing care to your patients!
