I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hector Guzman Dental Office. After investing $16,416 in permanent dental work, I received results that were visibly inconsistent. The bottom row is noticeably brighter than the top row, and one tooth on the top row does not match the shade of the others. Before starting treatment, I was assured that my satisfaction would be guaranteed. When I raised these concerns, I was told I would need to pay an additional $5,000 to correct the issues. I was informed the discrepancy was due to the dental lab’s porcelain work, but as a patient, I trusted the office to oversee quality control and deliver a consistent result. The office does not have an in-house lab and outsources materials, which resulted in extended delays. I was left wearing temporary teeth for about a month, even though temporaries are typically not meant to remain in place for that long. During this time, my teeth were sensitive and chewing was difficult. The overall timeline and handling of the situation felt unprofessional and financially burdensome for the patient. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering permanent dental work here to thoroughly discuss guarantees, lab processes, and revision policies in writing beforehand. This was a significant financial investment, and the outcome did not meet the expectations that were promised.

What an amazing experience. Top notch surgery for my 16yr old daughter by Dr. McDonald. Very clean facility, extremely professional staff that went over and beyond to make our daughter, and us nervous parents, feel comfortable in their experienced hands. Can't recommend enough. Extremely happy with the final results. Dr. McDonald even called our daughter after hrs. to speak with her on her well being. Top class! Thank you Dr. and staff for a great experience and making us feel confident in your expertise. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My first experience here was absolutely amazing. I called asking to get my two wisdom teeth taken out. They saw me same day, did X-rays and removed both teeth. I was in and out in 45 mins. I have virtually no pain 5 hours later. I am so happy with Dr Guzman and his whole team. I do not have dental insurance and paid cash prices. They were very affordable. I cannot recommend them enough. A++++

Best dentist I have ever been to. Dr Guzman and his staff always are so gentle and go above and beyond to accommodate me and my severe TMJ issues. Doc even came in after hours to fit me a splint (night guard) because I was leaving the next day for 4 months. Don’t hesitate to go to Dr Guzman. If they can handle me (due to my restrictions cause of my jaw - had a bilateral joint replacement) they can handle anyone…and they will with ease.

Recently moved here and in need of an infected tooth looked at.. Dr Guzman was exceptional, n treated me like a person.. sealed a cracked molar for me, n recommended that I get a deep cleaning, because of periodontal disease.. well fast forward to today.. deep cleaning n root removal from prior tooth extraction scheduled for later today.. I cannot say enough about the lady that schedules the appointments.. she is extremely helpful, and knowledgeable & she goes out of her way to help with questions or scheduling/rescheduling appointments.. I did not think I would be able to feel comfortable with a new dentist office, you have proven me wrong! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Dr Guzman & his staff! 🦷
