I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ju for several years, and every visit to Hello Smile Dental has been a positive experience. The office is welcoming, organized, and runs efficiently. Dr. Ju consistently takes the time to explain procedures clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I’m comfortable from start to finish.
What stands out most is how patient and thorough he is. I never feel rushed, and he’s always punctual, which I really appreciate.
The staff is wonderful as well. Jackie is especially helpful and responsive, and she makes scheduling and follow-up easy.
If you’re looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable, kind, and truly attentive to his patients, I highly recommend Dr. Ju and Hello Smile Dental.

I switched my kids from a pediatric dentist to here over a year ago and loved how they were treated so much I switched myself from the dentist I had been with for close to 10 years. I appreciate the clear breakdown of costs prior agreeing to anything, there has never been a surprise add on. The dentist also always explains how it impacts my insurance and if it’s better to wait till the following year do something so the insurance will pick it up. I really appreciate that transparency. They are flexible, great at communication, and aim to get me and both kids in at the same time for ease of scheduling. I can’t say enough great things. Jackie, the receptionist is kind, patient, and always so friendly to all of us. I feel like I’m a VIP patient when I walk in, and they actually remember and value us. There is no need to look elsewhere for your dental needs!

Great experience every time! I recently went in for a regular cleaning and teeth whitening, and the entire process was smooth and comfortable. The team is always friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The dentist and staff take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the visit. My teeth feel incredibly clean and the whitening results look amazing. I have been going to Dr. Ju's office for a few years now, and since day one, him and his staff have been absolutely incredible. My experience has been great everytime I go for cleanings. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming it makes the appointments go by fast. The office is impecable, quiet and in a good location. The cleanings are fast and painless, and my teeth feel amazingly afterwards. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone at Hello Smiles. My husband and I found Dr. Ju at Hello Smile based on the great reviews and decided to give him a try. I'm really glad we did. He has excellent bedside manner and made us feel very comfortable.

The practice's clinical team also includes Dr. Nicholas Ng, DDS, an orthodontist who provides orthodontic treatment for children and adults. Dr. Ng earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry and completed his orthodontic residency at Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics.
