Herald Square Dental & the Denture Center

After a change of management at 72nd st dental in upper Manhattan I was forced to look for another dentist. And I found Herald square on Google. I called and was given a appointment. Notified by email and a welcome text . I arrived early for a 930 am appointment and sat down in the office on the 16th floor to fill out the patient information forms . There are 9 pages .when I got to page 7 I was asked to sign and acknowledge to give credit card info .I stopped and left the office. The office called concerned about me but unfortunately I don't feel comfortable giving credit card information before any actual consultation. Considering consultation can be expensive if you lack insurance or your insurance does not pay in full.

I've struggled with dental issues my entire life and have always been terrified of going to the dentist. In fact, I usually avoid it for as long as I can. So the fact that I'm taking the time to write a five-star review says everything about Herald Square Dental. From the moment I arrived, everyone I interacted with was warm, personable, and genuinely kind. They made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel comfortable and manageable. Dr. Yam is wonderful; professional, patient, and someone who immediately puts you at ease. Amir was especially kind and gentle, particularly during a moment when I became distressed and upset. His calm, compassionate approach helped me regain my composure. That level of kindness meant more than I can say. My appointment was 6-1/2 hours long. Not an easy feat, especially for me. So if you're someone who experiences dental anxiety, I can't recommend Dr. Yam and the entire team highly enough.

Excellent, high-end facility located near MSG. Impeccably clean office, great climate control. Kind, helpful staff. I have ten missing teeth and have been told by numerous dentists to continue extractions until I have nothing left. Dr. Shirzadnia said otherwise and saved me from that fate. He is an expert, and his work has resulted in a virtually pain-free recovery. Dr. Pasch--who oversaw the creation of my flexible partial dentures--is also an expert. I have had dentures before, heavily-flawed pieces that hurt more than helped. Dr. Pasch took one look at me, made a plan, and delivered, on time. He adjusted the dentures until they felt just write. I never once felt any sort of anxiety in the office, and that is a first. I have been to many offices in NYC, and this one is of the highest caliber.

I absolutely love the staff at Herald Square Dental. My dentist was Dr Sherazadnia and his assistant George. Their professionalism, knowledge and charming personalities made each painful and pleasant visit worth it. The end result with my implants is Magnificent! Thank you for giving me back my smile!

I came in for my first dental appointment, and it was a pleasure; the front desk was amazing and welcomed me pleasantly. I got the chance to meet Sneha, who did my cleaning; the experience was 10/10 with her, and I will go back in a heartbeat. Amazing person and personality. Thank you, Sneha, especially for making my experience memorable. Also, thank you to the staff for creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Will see you guys in 6 months.
