First visit to Heritage Family Dentistry, I needed a tooth removed. Turned out to be a much more complicated extraction than expected / quoted. I offered to pay more, they declined and said we will honor the estimate. Great care for the patient, excellent and kind staff. I hate going to the dentist, yet this visit was a positive experience and I had a tooth pulled for the first time OUCH! Without a doubt the best dentist I have ever visited.

All of the staff at Heritage Family Dentistry are amazing and kind! Dr Piatt is the best! Her passion and kindness is reflected on her patients. I’ve always had a very pleasant experience, and so happy with the work that was done! Thank you!!

I just had the best experience at a dentist I’ve ever had! Dr Piatt was amazing as well as every single staff member I got to interact with! The gentleness and reassurance I had throughout today’s process was so comfortable and I felt so reassured and confident I was in the right hands! I’ll be returning in a couple weeks or so and am not even feeling anxious about it! That’s a first for me!

The staff was super friendly, extremely kind and helpful! For someone who struggles with anxiety at the dentist they made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Explaining what they were doing and why they were doing it. I am am so happy that I am moving my entire family dental care there.

The doctor and her team are truly exceptional. Their patience, compassion, and professionalism are unmatched, and their attention to detail is nothing short of remarkable. They consistently provide exactly the right amount of information, making every visit feel clear, comfortable, and cared for. In a world where this level of service almost feels impossible to find, they not only deliver it, they excel at it. If you don’t go see the people at Heritage Dentistry you’re not having as good dental experience you could!
